U Store It - Amarillo 2328 (Lakeview)

I was very very pleased with Charity the manager of the storage she is very very informative very professional I don't think I've ever been treated that good at anywhere I go to buy or rent I sure will recommend this place to my friends and I was very pleased with my unit.

The storage area was kind of dirty and dark, smaller than what I thought but the lady at the front who checked me in was amazing and ever so helpful.

I set up my storage rental online and when. I went to get my key and code it was quick and easy.

Receptionist was great and helpful top of line !

The price of the facility was the best part of the units for the size.

The unit was still a little dirty from the previous renter but the price was the best in town

It's a convenient location very friendly no problems with anything would recommend to friends

Only issue was lock left on the door and room somewhat dusty but overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve in joyed my experience

It had been awhile since unit was rented inside was dusty and out side also. She immediately swept and cleaned the unit and door . Very pleased with price of unit insurance was a little high for renters.

The facility was easy to find, very clean when I got there I was greeted with a smiling face and helped right away. They even gave me a tour of the units to make sure I got the size that I needed! They have great discounts and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s super easy to sign up and you can even reserve a unit online! Highly recommend this place.

Storage unit offered not secure

Easy move in. The storage was clean.

I would recommend that y'all have a floater that covers for lunch time at your different locations. Made a reservation and had to sit and wait over an hour. And I had to pay the movers for that wasted time.

Unfortunately the space looks very tight and the door is small. Even though I got a good rate, I am not sure it will be safe from elements

The manager on hand that help me provided the best professional service that you can get. She was friendly and helpful with all my questions. Her name was Dianna and she was from the Wolflin U Store It area in Amarillo. I recommend this company to anyone needing storage room!

The only thing I would change would be the hours of the gate from 7- 12 but other then that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great! No problems, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not trash everywhere nor is it super busy, every time I drop off my things itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in and out super fast!

Mike is friendly and personable. paperwork was quick and painless, he walked out to show me where my unit was located and quickly swept out what little dust and leaves were there. Facility is not new but clean, neat and orderly. Prices are wonderful, lowest I found in town with great discounts.

After going to the vacation on Lakeview twice during business hours with closed on the door I expressed my feelings of this being poor customer service and the manager was unapologetic and smug.
