The move in was simply and easy.

Unit is good. Five minute walk from closest door and no dolly available as promised. No human anywhere on this enormous campus

I had originally wanted a specific storage elsewhere but this was included in the search and after glancing t the prices I thought I misread it. It was 2 miles further way but the cost made it way worth it. It turned out to be the facility I had helped a friend move into last christmas, so the familiarity may have reduced the surprise to that this is a repurposed warehouse in an older (abandoned?) building along interstate 30 that after living in Grand prairie and Arlington my whole life I had never noticed. Turns out to be perfect as a storage and though it is huge inside, there are what seemed like 100's of cameras leaving you feeling like your possessions are safe. The air conditioning was kicking as it was a brutal July day in Texas and as I said I was there around Christmas and it was nice and warm then so I would say even wooden antique furniture pcs would be protected from the outside temps. I have vinyl records that I wasn't concerned with leaving there. I had an issue in my move in date where my gate password was wrong and I was 2 minutes past customer service cut off time so j wasn't able to get in that day. Seemed like an honest mistake, didn't effect me as badly as it may have someone who couldnt wait. Hope your move in goes as well as mine, I'd say it's a winner if you're on the edge.

Nothing close to what I was expecting. Very disappointing

Enjoyed the streamlined move in process, got a free lock as promo. Unit was easy to find and there's multiple entrances available to access the unit. Really like the 24 hour access and app to access unit.

I needed to switch units and cs was so helpful

I only have a few ehhhh moments about the location. It does need a cleaning the same spots have been on floor in hall ways since I moved in. At night it's super creepy going in by yourself. Could be better lit. That is my only issue with it other than that I love it

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s impossible to load and unload given the set up and not one dolly provided. Facility floors nasty etc. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll take this one month and im gone!!

If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re moving into this facility make sure you have dollys or something to roll to your unit as they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have anything for this. Also there is only one entrance and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s at the very front so people who have units at the back have to walk through the entire storage to get to their units

I would have to say that this place is decent..not too many places have 24 jour access..

Great placeclean convient easy access perfect for me

It is a great price with 24 hour access. The downside is if it gets dark there is hardly any lighting in the parking lot. There are no carts or dollys provided and the little loading elevator doesn't work so you have to weave up the long walk way to get into the building.

My ONLY complaint is that there are no carts on-site to. I brought my own so I wasn't an issue. However it would have been nice to have a couple of extra carts to make the move in a little smoother.

The property is cool. And I am pleased with the space and convence of the 24/7 access. The downfall is there were no carts to help me move. And I moved in late and had a issue with the lock on the unit. There was no late name help number. So move in on business hours.

Good pricing and space. All my stuff fit perfectly.

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive a text with my combination and I was freaking out because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see a employee at first, then someone came over and did it for me and told how to get it if no one is there. super helpful and very patient!

Everything was smooth from the online rental purchase to the move in.
