Extra Space Storage - 3791 - Grand Prairie - Westchester Pkwy

This is my first time using life storage but I was pleased with the customer service and all the help provided. I had an issue trying to get my storage to lock when i first arrived but the lady at the front desk was patient with me and came right out to help. Will definitely use there services again!

Clean clean clean! Very impressed with how well kept it is.

I had used them for my daughters storage when she moved back. She secured a job and apartment and we moved her items out. I had just paid 3 months in advance, this was in January 2021 and they still have not credited my $135.00 over payment. I have contacted them 4 or 5 times by now spending hours of my time going over and over this. Also I thought it was a bit shady as soon as I showed proof of home insurance to lower the bill, they raised the rent the next month. But really just be careful paying in advance, you will never see a return it appears.

I don't remember her name, but the lady that processed my paperwork was friendly, professional and courteous.
