Harry and Martha are the nicest people; they are so kind and thorough with the process of renting through Mini Storage. The unit I am renting was clean and there was easy access and dollies to help load and unload. I recommend this place 100%.

Not having a comparison, I can't say if they're better or worse than others. However, me being happy with my choice is all that counts.I gave "only" 4 stars because there is always room for improvement somewhere. Appreciated the Starbucks card and was pleasantly surprised that they even offered " a free truck' for some heavier moving. Good company.

Awesome Customer Service, I recently lost my Husband, also going through a home renovation with limited resources and funds, so I decided to put some things in storage and was concerned about everything it entailed, mainly the cost. Now this next part is where it gets next level! The MiniUStorage property managers Robert and Stormi were extremely helpful, informative, over the normal threshold of standard customer service. This not so common anymore standard of paying it forward was truly a blessing in more ways that can't be put into words. For anyone looking for a very nice, well maintained and clean property and storage units please take a look or even stop by if you're in the area!! THANKS AGAIN ROBERT & STORMI.

Best price in town! Clean! And most importantly great staff!!!! We had a few hiccups while moving and they very considerate and helpful!! Even offered us MUCH NEEDED water while my husband and I unloaded our belongings. I would recommend anyone to this place.

We have kept a 10 ft by 30 ft storage unit , plus a 10 ft by 34 ft parking spot for 12 years at this facility. Since 2006, we have been through two owners before Mini-U- Storage took over management. This present management has been the most helpful and the most ameniable so far. Issues were not only handled promptly and professionally, but also the experience with the staff has been most enjoyable and comfortable. We have seen management accommodate our needs willingly and they have been happily attentive to everything we have experienced.

Very satisfied to say the least. Day one office staff extremely friendly, kind, caring and very helpful being my first time to rent a storage unit. Climate Control storage is definitely the route to take. Extremely sadiesfid with security.. as well.

I found this storage unit online through SpareFoot. The reservation system was easy. I dropped into the facility a few days before move in, and customer service was excellent. The facility was clean and the price was great (half off the first month made it even better?). I would recommend both Spare Foot and Mini U Storage.
