The move-in process was easy and great but I received the incorrect lock to my storage, I had to walk around to find someone to help me get a new one. Other than that it was great.

It was a easy and convenient no running around in and out great talk to the person on the computer was great easy

Whole process from start to finish was Excellent. I filled out the form on line and Kendal called promptly and set up the appointment. They were ready the minute I walked through the door at the storage site. We took a ride to look at the unit, came back and finished the paperwork. In and out in 20 minutes, Kendal was organized, polite, professional, and personable.
