False advertising- Advertised $1 move in and out was not. It was $30

restroom was locked up, other than that every thing acceptable

I have a climate controlled unit. The security is fantastic, you need a code for every door, gate, and elevator, There are always rolling carts available so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to take my dolly. You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the monthly price.

There was only 1 dolly for the entire facility. The price was fair. I feel the storage is secure but I never had a storage.

I used the online process to obtain a storage room. I stopped in at the front desk to ask a couple questions and the woman worked was very helpful. Overall, my experience has been good so far.

I moved 300 miles. Paid and reserved unit over phone with representative. Wanted 10x20 outside unit. Representative confirmed unit was 10x20 outside and that I could pull truck or trailer into unit to unload belonging. When I arrived, the unit was 10x20 but had an 8 ft door. Not as advertised. I needed a larger door as implied by the representative of being 10 ft, what a person would expect from a 10x20. I was able to move into a 10x20 unit with a large normal sized garage door but I had to pay almost $60 increase of price. This was very deceiving and upsetting after driving 5 hours to move into a storage unit, especially when the representative assured me that the unit had a large door and outside pull up capability

Facility is clean and well lit. Ease of unloading and loading items. Good security. Locked gate. Electronic accessibility to entrance.

A seamless process in a very long moving day. Really appreciate the help from Cherish and the phone staff from corporate as well. Units were very clean with easy access. Ordered a second unit in minutes with instant availability.

At the storage location, no staff was working on a Sunday afternoon. When arrived at the storage facility, noticed that the lock was not removed from the storage unit and I had to go back with the moving crew to another facility to ask for lock removal (Yes, I could have called and I did but no one picked it up). This mismanagement cost me $100 (hourly rate of moving company), and no one was responsible at the moment). so frustrating!

My representative was very nice and knowledgeable of the facility. I normally use extra space storage but I have you guys a try and I don't regret it!

Customer service on this location is very poor, rude staff and will never work with customers except itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only on their stiff terms

Nice storage facility, the online experience was very easy and efficient. Was easy to locate and to gain access. Speaking of access, they require an access code for everything so feel very secure about leaving my belongings there. Only recommendation is that I wish that there were more elevators and that all carts were accessible instead of having some chained. Due to multiple people accessing their storage at the same time it took a little while to unload everything...especially if you are using movers that charge by the hour. May be better to get one of the outside units for time sake instead of the building. Other than that great experience!

Great facility, the reservation made it seem like it's a lot less charge than what appeared after going to the facility with all the bags packed, costed me 3 times more.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very clean facility in a climate controlled building. Very secure as well and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize until I went to move my things in. Gate code to get into the lot, gate code to access the building, and also the code to get up to the storage floor. I have a 5x10 and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only $18 a month compared to u-haul that was going to charge $65 for the same unit size.

Incredibly Friendly and Helpful staff... They will take great care of you! The facility is clean, easy to access, well laid out, and allows for easy move-in. The gradings are sloped properly to maintain drainage with out generating steep inclines that make movement challenging. One caution which may be unique to this property: The exterior storage units total square footage is off by enough that I would make sure you have enough space with your size choice. I know the verbiage says the measurements are approximate.. but the ones I looked at were too far off to me. The interior variance was fine -- no issues there. Example - Exterior 10x10 was 10 by 8.75, Interior 10x10 was 10 x 9.75.

The employees of Public Storage were very professional and very helpful in setting up my space for storing my items. The online price was very attractive.

Very high security. Have no doubt my items will be safley stored. staff does daily lock check, and alerts me if something seems off about my unit. Plus you need a code to get through 2 sets of doors before you can even get close to my unit. :)

Good stuff, great facility, good people.

Due to the company strategy to price units based on supply and demand, I was able to secure a unit at a good price. The facility is new and super clean. Security seems very well assured. Everything including the on site manager (Cherish I believe) has been fantastic so far.

Casey was amazing, instantly upon entering the office was nice and welcoming, but her spirit is what drew me closer she had great customer service, she answered all the question i needed to be answer before I needed to ask them she was really helpful in helping me to choose the size that would be best for my stuff, I didn't have to wait a huge amount of time only 2 minutes everything was ready and organized. I would defiantly recommend this place and to solely her, keep up the great work looking forward to doing continuance business.
