The gentleman who waited on us was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us a unit that was close by because we had a relative that had trouble walking. The price was great for the unit and it was clean.

Everything went really great

I found a special online that was pretty good, but ended up needing a larger unit and did not get to use it, however they found me a different one to use. Every employee I spoke with either over the phone or in person was excellent, professional, helpful, friendly. I have rented from your company about 2 decades ago and had a good experience then also. A couple of things I did not care for: 1st - I requested creating my own gate code instead of one being issued to me. This would have made it easy for me to remember, but this option was not made available. 2nd - I wish I had know you did not use the typical pad locks most storage units use (I already own one that cost about $25). Instead, this facility uses cylinder lock system that caused me to purchase one from them (about $25). That is $50 total out of my pocket and the unique lock you required me to purchase cannot be used after I end my stay, so that is frustrating and disappointing.

You're closing time is too early I think it needs to be later.

The service setting up with customer service was perfect and courteous. But, it just depends on the people you get. The next visit there was just OK. Would recommend this location!!

Holly was great. She anticipated my needs and got me in and done with the process quickly. I will definitely recommend public storage to any of my friends who are moving or need your services.

I needed a space to store my things when moving. They didn't have anything at the moment but said they would call as soon as one came up. they called me three hours later and offered me a smaller one but I declined. One week later they called and had my space, I rented it and everything was easy and fast. The lady was very helpful showing the space and taking care of the paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a clean secure place for there things

I reserved a unit via the internet and received a call the next morning to confirm my reservation. The staff member that called was very polite and answered any questions I had. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Chris and she did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and getting me in my unit in a timely manner. I will rent storage here again based on the location near 20, the indoor climate controlled unit options, and the amazing customer service I received from Chris.

Moved here 2 1/2 years ago from Ohio, and I had some bad experiences with another famous company. I wish I had followed my instincts and come here first. Great customer service. Clean and secure units. I will definitely use them again.

I just rented my first storage unit and I am so glad that I chose this Public Storage to go to. Chelsea was very helpful and helped me to find my perfect fit. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and even let me view the facility that I rented. She made me feel safe and comfortable with the facility. It was overall a great experience!

The rates were the best, the facility was very clean, secure, and we'll lit. The staff was friendly, honest, and efficient. The whole experience was enjoyable, and positive. I would recommend to family and friends.
