Public Storage - Arlington - 6221 Joplin Rd

I have moved about 5 times in 20 years which necessitated storage and this facility is the cleanest, most efficient and has the best service hands down !

They had everything ready for me including two flatbed hand trucks! Very clean and service was excellent and very knowledgeable people! Showed me how to use the app to open and shut the entrance to the unit building! Very helpful!

First off…NO I am not Alex’s mother. 😁 I have been trying to rent a large climate controlled unit for over a week. I HAD to actually SEE the space before I rented. It has been a nightmare to find a place where the manager ACTUALLY was on site, ACTUALLY returned a call or ACTUALLY met me when they said they would be there. I have driven to nine facilities in Arlington and Ft Worth and been met with a locked office door and a number to call on the front glass that routes you to a National hotline. I understand the ease of online rental and the cost effectiveness of doing it that way but it makes it crazy frustrating for anyone who needs to do it differently. The space is exactly what we needed and it feels secure but honestly we signed the contract because of Alex.

I would like to thank Tempest for helping me with my storage unit rental. Not only is she super friendly, she was also very helpful in making sure I had the right size unit for my family's needs. I also want to express my deep gratitude for finding the right size storage location so close to my house as most storage facilities were either fully booked or only had the smallest unit available. My only issue is the limited amount of parking space for customers. There was a large moving truck blocking several parking spaces on the day I moved in which made it challenging to find parking. Outside of this issue, I am pleased with this location. Thank you, Tempest, and thank you, Public Storage.
