Great a little small for big trucks but good

The property manager has been very helpful during my move in. She made sure I had the easy access to the property.

Getting in and out of the storage area. It's very difficult to get in and out of the storage area. I'm lucky the driver of the moving company was very experienced. Very narrow aisles. Besides that, all is good so far.

Everything was great regarding customer service. The only thing that was more expensive than told about were 2 things; 1) Even though I was moving from one Public Storage unit to another, the new facility used a DIFFERENT type of lock so my just recently purchased lock (2 months old) couldn't be used at new facility. After trying 5 other lock places (including a locksmith), new lock was so new that none of these had it. Had to s pool end $20 at new Public Storage unit to get lock. 2) No where on the website or when talking to the facility before going to rent the unit was O rver told about the insurance fee. Very frustrating as it was an additional $11 that I was not told about in advance so I could budget for it.

The ladies in the office were professional and knew exactly what we needed. Got us in and out very quickly!
