Straight forward and fast online booking Excellent App for Access.

Up most respect and answers to all our questions. They showed me where the storage is located, property insurance, and gave me a way to just enter/exit by just pressing a button on my cellphone! I rented a 12x12 space. It was clean, and so easy to get to. This is so close to my house.

Overall satisfied. Was close location @3 miles.

Everyone was great. Got me moved into a larger unit with no hassle. Thanks.

First time renting storage space. Reserved online, but website did not state a cylinder lock is obligatory to have. Office at location did sell but price ($20 tax) was a little expensive to me. We tried purchasing elsewhere but none available. Location manager was slightly rude and had some attitude when I explained to her I had a stainless steel hardware lock. In the end, I had to buy the lock in the office after manager threatened to place a sticker on the storage unit to limit my access to it. I understand rules and regulations, but website did not state. And, manager could've been a bit more tactful when explaining.

I have already left 2 reviews. One for a contest to win 500$ which is probably a lie since ya'll sold me a cylinder lock (required to lock unit) for 22$. The exact lock i could have gotten on Ebay for less than $5. The facility and staff are amazing but selling a lock for a 400% markup is absolute bull. So there's the review you keep asking for. Stop emailing me

I appreciated the sales office agent at the faculty. She was professional and offered me many options for my needs and a unit that best suited my needs.

The staff was out standing and clean great job.

Quick, fast, and easy to rent a unit. I went in at 9:30 am and the desk clerk was great to tell me what I needed to do to rent.

After a VERY pleasant sign up process with Vickie my wife and I filled our unit to the brim and comfortably attended to it as we sold our home, repurchased and then refurbished our next home. All along the way Miss Vickie helped us to get the maximum positive experience with our unit. THANKS MISS VICKIE and Public Storage!

For all those who are looking for a storage I would recommend to come to public storage the employee's r great. N not expensive at all.. And didn't take more than 25 min.

Attendant was very helpful, nice and understands customer service and how to deliver it. Very pleased. I think the prices are too high, same unit is $50 elsewhere but this location was the most convenient.
