The move was quick and easy. And I was able to transfer my unit. No long wait and everything was electronic.

Reasonable clean, well-lit and temperature was about right. Front desk lady was very helpful.

There was much more space to this storage facility than I initially thought there was. I opted for a 10x20 and was not disappointed when I got to my unit. Unit was large (obvs), clean and ready for me. I had my lock and paperwork sitting inside the door when we got there. I wouldn't have had to go to the office had I figured out the lock. It was a secure location, each unit has a built in lock that goes inside the latch keeping the door closed. You pretty much have to enter a code to get inside anywhere unless you have an outside unit (non-climate). I ran up to the office b/c I couldn't figure out the lock, but my dumb ass didn't realize that you had to actually have the door shut and latched before you could lock it. Overall, the experience was quick (online process was a breeze), easy (didn't have to deal with talking to people, storage unit was easy to access and locks were quick to unlock) and convenient (perfect place to store my crap while I work on cleaning out the house). Thank you sparefoot and public storage for making this a quick and easy process for us.

Made the reservation on line, went by the business and maybe 15min. was done.

Never had to see anyone. Did it all online. Key was in the unit when we got there. Everything was easy to navigate.

The codes for the elevator are ridiculous, the carts were not easy to use at all, and very dirty. There was no stairs in the main building as well.

I got a good product at a reasonable rate....but then i had to get another 5x5 in the same area and it cost me almost as much as both of the 10x10's that i got. I feel I got RIPPED OFF in a moment of need. I didn't get told about it until signing document and the agent was very "non-caring" about...really not a good experience at all.

Great experience. Completed paperwork online. Staff got me in and out quickly. Covid19 protocols we're followed.

Quick and easy process, affordable rates. However, it would've been nice to be informed that if you didn't want to be charged $20 for the lock, you need to purchase your own.

I set it up online and it was very easy and convenient! The facility was very clean and easy to access. The sales guy was very pushy about the insurance (which is NOT mandatory, despite what he said) but overall a great facility and a great experience!

The whole process of renting a unit was great. But it didn't disclose that they also require you to purchase insurance for your unit which increases your monthly cost. In my case that was $15, but over a year that's $180.

Person in the office was friendly and knowledgeable of spaces with products they offered. Would recommend anyone to public storage.

Was promised one rate when speaking with customer service, but was given another when I got to the store. The facility is beautiful, and very clean and secure. The district manager Mr. White contacted me, and promised to get back to me when he had answers. It's been 3 weeks and I have heard NOTHING. I guess he's still 'researching' my issue.?

It was a clear black night, a clear white moon Warren G was on the streets trying to consume...wait no...it was raining cats and dogs and it was just me and my fiancee' trying to get prepared for cohabitation (way more boring LOL). Thankfully, Terry was there and did all she could to help us procure a storage unit as quickly as possible. Not only was she super sweet and courteous, she really went the extra mile. She made sure we got to see our storage unit in the pouring rain and did so with a smile. I really feel like this location and Public Storage all together was the best decision we made. They took all the stress out of the decision. FYI... prior to choosing this location, I went to the Public Storage website and compared pricing for all Public Storage locations in the area. This was helpful and their specials can't be beat! Thanks again Terry! You went above and beyond. ( Managers, give Terry a raise!)

The Good: Friendly staff, clean facility, lots of space, convenient location, VERY secure. The Bad: In regards to security this place is like a fortress. However it's a bad thing because I had an incident where I was not able to get into my unit because of such high security. I was under the impression that I had until 9pm to access my unit, or so I was told. But when I tried to access it at 8:37pm I was not able to open the door to access my storage unit. I repeatedly tried for about 5 times, and finally gave up, it still wasn't 9pm yet when I stopped trying. That was a pain, but I left my things in the secured holding area and returned to next day to put contents into my unit. Luckily I don't live very far from the facility. If they could fix this issue it would be much appreciated.

In reality folks are just looking for a place to store stuff- and this just does that. Forcing folks to buy insurance is a little "obamaish" and really shouldn't be. I don't think it's nesessary and should be left to the individual , just another money grab. It's just storage
