I had a 5 x 10 ft reserved on Thursday tried to pay and was told that I could pay for it on Monday when I moved in. Went to get it on Monday and was told that none were available was never told that they added insurance to it either. I don't mind but would be nice to know. The 5x10 wasn't available so I rented a 5x5. Was told that they provided a lock but wasn't told that they charge you 30 bucks for their lock so I went and bought one. The 5x5ft storage facility turned into a 57/58 inch and with the garage door rails I don't think it is 4ft.

Telephone communications to begin with were a little rough, but once an appointment was scheduled at the facility and I me with Heaven, things improved dramatically. Heaven was very helpful and patient with me as she walked me through the rental process, and finalized the deal. Heaven gets a 10!!!

The lady at front desk Becky is not providing good customer service. She is not knowledgeable and she is not caring about security
