Public Storage - Kennedale - 380 Bolen Road

I had a very pleasant experience with Mrs. Christina. I do think that she need a golf cart. It was very hot outside and walking all the way back to the end to show the unit was exhausting. I just had bi-lateral knee surgery and that was not fun. Anyway, overall experience was good. Thank you.

I had a great experience at this location! They handled all my needs and requests quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. This location is kind of hard to get to from the freeway, but it was very close to my temporary lodgings so I had to do the weird loop thing anyway.

Customer service is everything in the storage business, and Sherry, the property manager at the Kennedale store, is the best! It's rare these days that you find an employee who goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience with them, and she is the exception. I am more than pleased with my treatment here and my unit itself. I would highly recommend renting here.
