She has been there forever and is very knowledgeable in what she does. What makes her a standout though is that she takes a personal interest in you ... And you don't find that nowadays!!! I have used storage facilities off and on for over 30 years both for business and home and this location has the best customer service. It is currently being managed by Deneen who took the time to show me the unit and offed an alternate that ended out being better for me. She was very detailed in the paperwork and has since helped me out with questions. Great Job!
