StorQuest, previously Store Land?, was clean and easy to get started. I've seen other storage unit that were filthy in my years, and they expected you to clean it up before moving into the unit. However, the unit I was shown and accepted was clean, it didn't even need to be swept from what I could see, but the clerk said she'd sweep it out before I moved my property in the next day. Everything went smoothly on the paperwork. The price was fair for the 5'x5' unit. Other places are about $20 more.

Management is courteous, fast and friendly. Completed check in quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Had a great experience working with Jennifer and Chase. They were very professional and cordial throughout the entire process. The rental price was very reasonable as well and I got exactly what I needed. I recommend them very highly. Give them a chance and you wont be disappointed. Very pleased!!!!

chase is one in a million in customer service and her constant smile go a long way on a bad day. SO glad the last manager (with NO customer service) (rude and unfriendly) was replaced by chase cause now i no longer dread going to one of my three units i know ill see her smile.

The moment I called and my call was answered in a kindly matter was able to help me ASAP I went to the place and yes I was recieved very nice help promptly and was offered cold water I was in an upset mood and Chase was so wonderful she comfort me I felt I was family I will tell you she is very professional she made sure I was satisfied I was having a real bad day but, thanks to this young lady she made it better for me love the service there customer service and greeting

All went well, it took four hours. Two friendly remarks, the light in the unit did not work and the hold button of the elevator did not work making it hard to load and unload.

The overall experience was awesome. It was less expensive than anywhere else I saw but had great customer service and a clean facility that was locked up and looked very well protected.

Absolutely amazing place. They were the only place which had affordable storage parking for my moving truck. Sharon and Bill were simply awesome. 5 BIG STARS for these guys

The unit was clean and indoors,which I liked, and the motion sensing lights were very convenient. My only complaint was that my unit was extremely far from the elevator so it was closer to use the stairs, which made moving my heavy stuff more difficult to do by myself.

They were really helpful upon my arrival and worked with me to ensure I was getting the best unit for what I needed

the unit I rented is perfect for my needs. It's on the second floor and inside, yet very easily accessible. I had no issues moving in. I would recommend Storage Land to anyone needing a storage unit of any size. Great staff. Very attentive.

it was a very easy process. the owners are very nice and helpful. explained every thing I needed to know so that I had no questions to be answered. very convenient.

The couple that manage the place is very knowledgeable and nice. They let me know everything that I needed to know about the rules and the hours. Took me on a tour and was very helpful.

The young man I dealt with was not the owners. He was polite and helpful but couldn't get the credit card machine to work and was unable to answer some of the questions I had. The place seems nice so far!

The only disappointment is that they aren't able to leave the carts out after hours because of theft issues.

Customer service was great, extremely friendly people working there, climate controlled units are nice and have lighting inside your personal unit too, not just lights in the hall. There is only one reason that I gave it a less half star. The ground you drive on through the facility differs greatly in elevation, which didn't actually cause a problem for me but in a moving truck I did have to be extremely careful driving around. Other than that great facility and would recommend to anyone.

Customer service is great, pricing is by far lowest.

The owners are so nice! The climate controlled spaces are a lot cleaner than the non climate controlled spaces. Both areas are of great size, but the climate controlled worked better for me to store my paintings until I move into my new place. It's a good storage facility and I would definitely recommend them to a friend/family members, and will use them again in the future!

Only reason I give 4 stars is because they charged me for a whole extra month because I was not going to be back in town until 2 days after the second month was up so they charged me for 3 months. I think that is a little unfair being as I am a college student.

Onsite management was very nice and helpful. They gave great customer service. Would recommend them for a raise. The facilities were very clean.

Great location and the price was right for the size i needed.

Bill & Sharon were fabulous. From the moment I came in, they were on their game. Bill gave me a high level tour, the rules/regulations and showed me the units I needed, Sharon ran all the administrative, explaining everything in detail. They were even there to meet the driver of the 18-wheeler and got him set up before I got there. I would highly recommend this facility just based on Bill and Sharon alone! Thank you!

They are friendly, and very concerned about security, they are also reasonably priced, the only negative is bring your own carts if you're outside of normal business hours, but that's the only time you can use theirs.
