Good friendly service, reasonably priced & clean.

The customer service was very good and I like the unit overall best pricing in town. Only downfall is n9 elevator to 2nd floor.

The access code I was given at the kiosk doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work but other than that I was able to easily move in and the space was very generous for the price.

This storage facility offered an excellent price and superior customer service... facility manager Amber, was was an awesome communicator! She provided in depth information on how things work in this facility. She gave me pass codes, business hours and a Free ( ! ) lock for being a new customer. Amber even drove to my storage unit so I wouldn't get lost in the maze. Overall, this was a quick and easy business transaction.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Storage unit was a bit older than I expected. Attic pull string type lighting. The employee kindly offered to switch out my reservation with a slightly bigger one on the ground level once he seen I was moving everything alone with my 3 kiddos.He did his best to find the most accessible unit available for us. I really appreciate their wonderful dispositions. I would definitely use in the future. Will recommend to others in the future.

Very friendly helpful staff. Storage unit was exactly as described online. When the employee noticed my age without me having to ask she did her best to find the most accessible unit available for my needs. In this triple digit weather it was a life saver for sure. Will definitely use in the future.

Spacious and quick fast customer service

Facility was trying to be precautions about covid but was not treating it completely as intended. The office manager took my driver license to scan in and then had me typing on his keyboard to approve the contract I had never seen. He informed me that the contract was going to be emailed to me but never was. Price was $20 per month with two months free for 5x5 unit. Unit was very dirty and should have brought gloves. The door entry was very loud and slammed shut every time. I saw a few people moving in at the same time. Not many units were taken. Back gate was locked so I am assuming they have had break ins and that is why the gate hours are not 24 hours.

Coralee has helped me with each of my needs and made me feel like a long time friend had been helping me. Each transaction was clearly stated and updated on the spot. I wish more people in this industry were as good as her and her team. Storage units are nice, clean and area is well secured. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had no issues with my units what so ever. Highly recommend!

Coralee was very helpful, she showed me several units. Once I made my choice she did the paperwork and I was all done in a matter of minutes.

Only complaint is that a lift is needed for second floor storage.

I have had a storage locker here for awhile and they have rennovated a great deal. I went in to re-evaluate the future price and was very pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure I would continue at the new price. Terry, the manager, explained that there was a yearly special that saved me money. It was a big step paying for an entire year but the clincher was the free month at the end as well as the discount per month from the new price. he was a good salesman. Very patient in explaining the details. He was particularly polite with me and other customers who came in at that time. If you go there make sure to ask for Terry.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been looking for storage places and came across this facility. When I drove up, I met a woman who was very nice. She showed me several units, as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not sure what exact size I need. I have miscellaneous items from my garage that I need to get out so I can park my car in it. I plan on renting the medium sized one (10x10) next week but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m afraid I might have to go larger. But Coralee was very helpful and said once I got my stuff here if it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit, I could move up to the larger size. I was a little nervous about the location, but she assured me it was safe, and they really havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had any issues. By far the most helpful people, most places just want to get me to sign without explaining the process, but she was very patient with me. It seems like a great and secure place to keep my things. They also have rental trucks so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to go to multiple places which is very convenient. Thanks Coralee for your help! I really appreciate it!
