Bee Safe Storage - Pflugerville - 1205 Wells Branch PKWY

Bad for business to call and quote a price twice as much as stated on the reservation. Also tried to push me into renting TODAY when my reservation was CLEARLY for a later (2 weeks) away. Plus it's advertised as 1st month free. Nope. Another lie. Why is it so hard to find a trustworthy company these days. I canceled my reservation because what other sneaky traps do they have planned.

I really like my climate controlled unit. The staff was friendly with my mother and of course thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always nice. I really do enjoy this unit, my only complaint is the access hours but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not impossible to work around it

This brand new, 3 story facility that houses mostly climate-controlled units of numerous, various sizes options or as the staff refer some to them>cubes, is still somewhat in its infancy (I’ve been told it’s the first location their parent company has built outside of NC but several more are in the works for here in North Austin). The staff is well-versed and trained and very accommodating plus extremely welcoming. Moving is tough enough, as is and I was having a difficult time finding a storage facility where I was completely 100% happy or comfortable with moving into ...especially when it came to size options/pricing/gate hours and an accessible location to the major freeways. After my initial and extensive search, I inadvertently found Bee 🐝 Safe Storage and Wine Cellar, off of Interstate 35 and Wells Branch in northern Austin, TX while l was online (for the 5th or 6th time) desperately searching for the appropriate size unit w/an affordable price, along w/a Move-in special...if possible. I found Bee Safe Storage while navigating thru CubeSmart’s website and I’m so glad I tried once more/persevered and kept looking😃! Kenzie made the process ‘pain-LESS’ and got me set up in a unique size on the 3rd floor, where the AC runs just right-temperature wise. I have a fantastic view of the surrounding area...via many large windows. Dawn, the facility’ GM, filled me in with additional, helpful details when I met her plus I was given more assistance from a part-time employee, Paul who truly rounds out this dedicated, hard-working fabulous staff/trio. I can’t give enough accolades to Bee Safe Storage, their owners and management company. I highly recommend you check them out cuz you WILL NOT be disappointed.
