I rented a parking spot for my trailer and the process was super quick. I went with CubeSmart because of the excellent pricing. Paperwork was quick and easy. Got a tour of the property prior to signing the contract. Recommend.

If you, like me, are in the market for the largest storage-unit sizes available – and also one directly accessible via open driveway that can readily handle moving vans – CubeSmart's Menchaca location is one of the best values in the Austin area (but you might wanna prepare yourself for some sticker shock). It's a somewhat older, single-floor facility, but that's specifically what I needed, and in particular a large unit with drive-up access. I have only a few complaints thus far: they have online, contactless move-in – in theory – except they failed to send me the code for the temporary lock on my unit. If I'd gone over there after office hours, I wouldn't have been able to get in. Also, the driveway is rather curiously bumpy – feels like the original owners were too cheap to flatten the site prior to pouring its concrete. Finally, it's REALLY far south – only a mile or two north of the Hays County border.

good place and the manager Anthony was great but a coworker of his told me i could get a unit that had drive up access and was 13 x 35 and had climate control. Showed up day of my move and they presented me with a drive up 13 x 35 unit without climate control. Had to rent an additional unit.

This is a great location - easy to get in and out and very nice management. There was quite a bit of traffic as we unloaded my stuff so I think others feel this way as well. There were plenty of cameras and lights around so I feel like even if I go there outside of office hours, I'll feel safe. And all this for a decent rental rate.

Because of Brenda my decision to store with CubeSmart was made easy. She was welcoming, adept and professional. She was very busy at one point, but managed to smile, take care of business and make the process a joy. The property is clean, secure and in a great location if you are looking for something in South Austin. I highly recommend.

From reserving the storage, to moving in, CubeSmart personnel have been amazingly supportive and diligent. I was treated like a VIP: from a speedy check-in, to being driven to and from my storage in a golf cart! The storage itself is clean and the site is neat and user friendly (we had a 26 foot truck and had no problem parking it to unload). The move-in special is very competitive and I look forward to using CubeSmart until I buy my next home!

I've been renting storage for a couple of years now (I'm a business nomad) and U-Store-It is my favorite franchise. I've had mixed experiences but this facility in particular has been great. They haven't raised my rent from the introductory price, which is a blessing considering how often that can happen.

I'm very pleased with this storage facility. Making reservations was easy online and the front office people were very helpful.
