After my previous storage company doubled my rent after 1 month, I switched to CubeSmart. I found the whole move-in process easy and the customer service was exceptional. The rates were about half of what I was paying at a competitor for a smaller space.

Lots of up front add one but overall affordable.

The on site management was very professional and the facilities were very well maintained. I feel safe keeping my items in their care.

Super easy to setup storage here. Can take care of everything online. Staff were courteous and no prolonged wait needed - just had to return the temp lock. Easy access. Would recommend.

Store was busy but employees there were kind and helpful. My unit was clean and the process to get my stuff moved in was easy. Would recommend to others.

The gentleman working at the front desk was super helpful and informative. Making the reservation was simple and well priced. You can only access the units from 6a-10p. I would recommend this facility.

Used to use public storage but the service quality was not up to par to my needs wanted to try a couple other different storage units out to fit my financial situation I think it keeps smart was the great choice

I use this facility to store furniture donations for a few local orgs, so I'm in it several times a week. I think your experience will depend highly on where in the facility your unit is. I was in a building lower on the hill, and though I was paying for climate control the air conditioning barely worked. Also there was some kind of leak and the hallway would have a giant puddle of water in it every time I came for two months. The owners wouldn't fix the leak, so the workers had to just go vacuum it up every day, and if I got there in-between vacuumings I would just have to either take the long way around or drag the furniture through water. It always smelled mildewy. Also parking lot is inclined all over the place, so if you use a cart be ready for it to roll down a hill when you're not looking. I rented a larger unit in the main building, and the AC does work in there, and the incline is less of an issue. My only problem up there was that the worker forgot to take the company's lock off the unit after I rented it, so I couldn't use it the night I got it which was hugely inconvenient for me. I called to complain and the worker just apologized and didn't offer any kind of compensation, so I guess don't expect to be taken care of if there are problems. Conclusion: if you need to keep some stuff there for a month between moves, sure it's fine. If you need to use the unit regularly, I think there are better options. Next time I upgrade units, I'll be looking elsewhere.

I just moved into a storage unit a few days ago at this location and have been pleased so far! Friendly office, clean facility, very secure!

Check-in was fast and efficient, the facility is well-kept, and the location is convenient. The only thing I would mention is that the facility is situated on a hill, so in order to facilitate drainage the driveways are pretty steeply sloped, and there were a couple of places where I scraped a corner of my trailer on the road surface even when I was trying not to.

Friendly and helpful staff. Month to month (no contract) gives great flexibility. Convenient location right off the interstate.

I cannot say enough nice things about this CubeSmart location. I made two online reservations because I wasn’t sure which unit would best accommodate my accessibility and square footage needs. I left a message to let them know it wasn’t just a duplicate and got a call back first thing the next morning. The GM, Paul, gave me a quick tour on the golf cart to help me choose my exact unit. The entire facility is clean and well-maintained. It has only one access gate which (so far) is always working, and the keypad greets you by name once you’ve put in your unique code, which is a personal touch I like. “Interior” units are easy to get to despite not having drive-up access; there are open hallways and automatic hall lights along the way from where you park. I also like that I was able to set up auto payments on my credit card so I don’t have to worry about invoices every month! Nowadays we expect everything to be done electronically, but some businesses still haven’t caught up so it’s still nice to see ones that have. Anyway, great facility, good location, and wonderful people & customer service here!

Not only is the staff very helpful and polite, they run great specials on the units. The site is very secure and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in town.

The whole process was seamless. Booked the unit, arrived on the move-in date, and was given access to my unit. The office manager was very friendly, helpful, and informative.

Dillion the on-site manager was extremely helpful and professional. My moving day was a little delayed, and I arrived 15 minutes before the office officially closed. He was extremely courteous and even drove me back to my unit in the golf cart to put on the lock after I had signed for it. I would absolutely recommend this CubeSmart location.

I needed enough storage space for a huge chair, couch, chaise, and barstools--but I also didn't want to spend a lot of money. I got a 5' x 10' cube, and it fit everything! Compared to other storage units in my area, this one had the best price. Customer service was great too.

I had been shopping around for a good space and a good price for my belongings. I walked in and Dillon was so helpful and willing to accomadate my needs. Their prices were affordable and Dillon even gave me a tour of the facility to make sure it was satisfactory. They keep you updated with any changes or reminders via email, and overall I just enjoyed the service and location. Rent a space here!

When one unit didn't match our needs, he quickly recommended the proper one. It was very convenient they were able to provide a free moving truck

Very good experience - guy was great, facility very nice and secure - but they didn't tell me I had to bring my homeowner's insurance in or pay 12.00 a month in insurance to get the unit rented. Yes, when I send them the policy they say they will take the charge off - but no one told me I had to have that and it was an uncomfortable conversation to say the least!

It is just what I needed, and more affordable than other places around! Not sketchy at all!
