I am very satisfied with this storage unit facility. They are very friendly, and I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends.

Great location with minimal effort on my end.

The storage was fine, but the push carts to load your items are so small that it takes several trips.

Without a doubt I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage space Easy access,friendly staff,very clean facilities, Did I say very reasonable also

I moved in a day late and forgot to call ahead and it was no problem at all!! They still had my unit saved and ready for me. The staff made sure I knew where the unit was and the layout of everything so I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t confused. Good hours for access to the unit as well. Very good first impression for moving in.

Awesome service, both Jared and Trevor were helpful and very knowledgeable! I got exactly what I needed and was pleased to find that they had dollies and carts to help us unload and get our stuff up to the third floor where our storage roomwas located.

Slow service, front desk not quite on the ball, seemed to be lots of extra fees added without asking.

Dropped by twice today to get signed up and access my new unit. Both times, no one was at the office, the doors were locked and the lights off. Called their number, only got a recording saying that they were out or it was after hours. Sorry CubeSmart, but you lost my business.

Clean facility easy access to the unit and plenty of driving space for a truck and trailer.

They require you to purchase additional insurance through them for your unit, and they only tell you about it as you're filling out the paperwork. Pretty sneaky if you ask me. The total monthly cost listed on sparefoot should be your total cost, without having to uncover bogus add-on charges at the last minute. Why would I want to buy extra insurance @ $12.00 per month for some misc furniture??? That's $144.00 per year that you will pay extra without being informed prior.

I was out of town and needed to get storage space quickly. Cubesmart made it so easy to rent space and was so helpful in the process. Thanks to the team @ Ranch Road in Austin TX!

It's a clean facility. Easily accessible from RM620. Front staff very rigid. I wasn't informed at time of booking that I will need a copy of my renter's insurance. I gave them my policy number but he won't accept it. Wanted to charge me an extra $12 for insurance although I already had one.

So far it's been great, just moved my things into storage and only the weather was a problem. The people working on site are lovely.

Move in was fast and easy. The access is great. Overall I am very Happy

We had great customer service and it was a smooth process throughout.

The facility is clean and has very accessible hours. I was not able to get the student discount on top of the online discount like I thought I would, but that was fine. The surprise insurance monthly fee was not the best surprise of the day, but it is manageable. I would have appreciated knowing about it before I signed the papers though. The carts have always been available but are hard to manage as they constantly roll down the roads away from you and it is hard to get them over the large lips of the entry ways into the buildings. The people were really nice and helpful and it has been an overall enjoyable experience.

I found the experience to be close to what you would expect with just one issue. The sparefoot pricing does not reflect the required insurance that you must purchase from the facility or provide proof of insurance coverage.

The gentlemen was very nice and informative.
