A helpful and informative experience

I made a reservation online via SpareFoot.com, and immediately drive to the facility. When I got there she asked if I had a reservation. I told her that I made it earlier today, and she new my name! Service is 10 out of 10.

I initially had booked a smaller unit, which turned out to be too small. The Store Manager (UB) immediately was able to find me a new, larger unit and expedited the transfer process to help the same day.

This is our 2nd time using CubeSmart on Pleasant Valley. The staff is wonderful -- very proactive, informative and willing to go above and beyond to lend a hand throughout the process. Pricing is fair, move-in/out is easy, and I feel as if my things are very safe at this location! I wouldn't use anybody else in the Austin area.

Super easy process! Booked online, went in to fill out all the paperwork. Got shown a couple of units, and the decision was easy. The property is clean, and the units are well taken care of. There are surveillance cameras where there need to be, and they require a code to get in AND out.

After reading some positive reviews and getting a deal on the price, it was easy deciding to store my belongings here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was clean which is really important to me. Will be here short term but would definitely recommend to people and store here again if I needed to.

Simple, clean, no hidden costs, unless you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect mandatory insurance, which is affordable. Good experience.

I was really worried the day I tried to move into the facility, because my unit is on the second floor and the elevator broke. But the office management staff were great at keeping me posted on its repair and assuring me that this isn't a regular occurrence. The facility is clean, well-lit and they have carts to help you move things from the main door to your unit (if, like me, your unit isn't where you can drive up to it).

I felt a little pressure to hurry up and finish even though there wasn't anybody waiting. I was trying to prove I had insurance to avoid a monthly insurance charge I didn't want to pay, and they kept trying to get me to just deal with it later. It didn't feel right. Still, they were friendly enough, good prices, good security, and nice facility.

The General Manager was on site to welcome me, the customer service is so fantastic. The cleanliness of the facility is definitely a plus, no shadyness going on everything is up to standards.

Clean, dry, secure and priced right. They offer access until 9 p.m. There are large elevators inside with carts to help you move your stuff.

Easy to access the facilities and the storage unit. At first I thought pricing was a bit expensive but my unit is climate controlled. Overall it's a good place.

The place was ready on time, they were very communicative and really interested in making me feel wholly comfortable.

I got in a situation where I had to move out right away. I had a few hours to find an affordable, in town storage facility, I was pretty worried about that. I googled and CubeSmart jumped out at me. I searched for their locations, there were plenty to chose from and they had a great discount for the first month. I spoke to a helpful lady named Melissa on the phone, she reserved me a unit, all I had to do was drive to Pleasant Valley and state my name. Paperwork was done in a jiffy and the young man showed me my unit. It had a little bit of dust in the corner and he was very apologetic and offered to clean the floor right there and then. I moved in my belongings the next morning. No wait, great price, no wasting time and all the help you need. Perfect!

I don't need a well-kept, charming place to store my junk. This place has everything I need and I've had no problem with security so far.

No carts

The facility does not feel clean and the not well maintained. Ceiling materials are pulling away and hanging low in the halls, and the air vents are unkempt and unprofessionally installed. I also did not see any provisions for rodent traps or bugs and was swatting away moths the entire time in the facility. Also, my climate controlled facility was extremely hot! The office stated that it was due to an a/c malfunction that had been corrected but I've returned since then and it is still extremely hot for a climate controlled facility

I can't argue with the price I paid but the complex has several renters that are living in their storage units. The inside units smell and it's not a place I would feel safe going to alone in the evenings.

Although customer service was awesome and the facility was clean, our unit was broken into the first night that we moved our belonging in. While the facility was helpful and telling us how to file a claim and promised to provide us with video footage of the facility for the detective on the case. I was put off by the fact that one of the employees knew exactly who it was and claimed that they have had problems with this person before and its continued for a while. Knowing that these indivduals continue to cause problems I wonder why they haven't been evicted from the premisis previously which could have saved me some probelms. I also did not like how easy he said it was for said individuals to hop the fence and hang out at the facility after closing hours to hang out and drink and then hop the fence again before the facility opened.
