I needed a storage unit fast as I have family coming for a long visit and my 1000 sf condo was busting at the seems. After calling several storage facilities near me, CubeSmart was by far the most reasonably priced and the staff couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been more helpful. Their facility is spotless, safe and ideally located close to downtown.

It was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff made sure to answer all of my questions. The process of securing the unit was very efficient. The facility itself was well maintained and very clean. I did have some trouble opening my unit because the lock was jammed, but the staff rectified this for me promptly. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

This is the best facility I have found in terms of price, close to the downtown area. I enjoy it when I can find a unit here, hurry they book fast!!

Everything was made simple and easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great overall experience. Only complaint is that they don't do prorated rent (e.g. Have to pay for another month even if you only need an extra week).

This facility had the best deal for me based on what I needed. Despite being a little out of the way compared to places closer to where I live, this facility had everything else. Siera was very helpful and friendly and the place was clean and secure! They also had a lock that I could buy. Paperwork was quick as well!

Positive experience. While the facility is gated, there is no access code to get into the actual buildings; the doors are left unlocked. Other than that, so far so good.

Really great.

My unit, containing only sealed cardboard boxes holding books and clothes, was hit with mold. My mattress (again, sealed in plastic) was ruined. The company forced me to get renter's insurance (which makes sense) and then declined coverage. Good times.

Would definitely recommend CubeSmart!
