Move in was easy and fast. Kat was amazing, helpful and communicative - great customer service! Facility is clean and well-maintained. Everything is clear in contract and questions in person are answered easily. However, I wish the mandatory insurance had been disclosed at the initial reservation online. Otherwise, the process was seamless.

All I needed was a closet sized space and I got upgraded so that was nice! Customer service was great and the place is really clean.

I reserved this unit the night before I secured it. The price is great, and the facility is clean. There are many carts to use and that is a plus! Total move-in for my 5x5 unit was less than $100. I can access the facility 7 days a week until 10pm which is good for me because I don't do well early in the day. I only need a 5x5 to hold things like camping gear, holiday boxes, and spare things. I have no storage in my small apartment. Thank you CubeSmart.

The facility is really clean and customer service was excellent. Reservation was smooth and so was move in. During peak hour though, more dollys or other equipment to help move boxes would have improved the experience

I have used a few storage units while moving, but they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t offer the best in customer service. Cubesmart not only had great prices and availability, but they also made the experience seamless and pleasant! Would recommend to anyone!

I chose this facility because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s near a relative. My 5 x 5 holds all of my items and is conveniently located on the first floor. The customer service has also been exemplary.

The place looks great, and it was very easy to get everything moved into my storage space. My only concern is that the app they recommend you add for billing has technical issues with setting up an account. I was unable to get an account set up with it.

Clean facility, friendly staff.

We chose this unit after researching for days for a place to store our extra stuff when we moved to the Leander area. We had once had a storage unit broken into and we were leery of having to get another one but this place seems to be way more secure and clean. Everyone has been super nice so far and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad we found this place!
