Great assist to rent at last minute when apartment was damaged and had to evacuate sane day. I arrived :15 minutes before close and was cheerfully assisted. Another client called and manger also agreed to stay and assist. Only issue was there were stairs to go inside the office to rent and I have trouble walking and use a cane or wheelchair. Might have been helpful to know beforehand I needed a ramp. Unit was fair price and good customer service overall!

I booked online one night and had a call the next day to set things up. Very helpful and clean.

I needed a very large storage unit for a very short period of time. I reserved on line, changed the date three times with zero issues. When we arrived there was a bit of paper work that I wish I had set up ahead of time to ensure the movers were not waiting, but other than that tiny concern we had great service and issue-free move. I highly recommend the staff at both Sparefoot, where I did the on line booking, and I highly recommend the staff and facility at Extra Space Storage.
