The manager on duty was super helpful and quick to bring me a lock to my unit. A very pleasant and easy move-in.

The move in was great and the facility is well managed and modern looking.

It may not be the cheapest, but their customer service is top notch and super easy access. I feel like my concerns are addressed quickly and my items secure.

Our storage space is large, easy to access and the set-up was a breeze. Great price for great storage.

Life Storage may not offer the first month free or for $1, but for anyone looking for at least 3 months of storage, they have by FAR the best value that I have seen in Austin. Great customer service and very efficient system!

What else is there to stay except the manager is easy to work with and funny. A good shopping experience.

The last climate controlled place I rented was like, 90 degrees in the summer. This oneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not as cool as a house, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s absolutely fulfilled my expectations. Had some confusing calls in trying to set up my account without coming out to the facility first so if you have issues, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s because theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been having trouble staffing. Call back another time and maybe ask when a manager will be on-site who will know how to better answer your questions and get you registered and ready to go much more quickly than if you go in person.

Lillian was very helpful and I was able to get in to my storage unit very easily.

The only thing I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like was the fact that you sent me a receipt and instructions on everything to bring when I moved in, and YOU NEVER MENTIONED anything about insurance until I show up with all my stuff to move in and then you try to force me to pay $12.00/month extra because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bring proof of renters insurance. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a pretty sorry thing for you guys to do to people.

Did have to buy a special lock that I had a little trouble locking at first but got it worked out.

Prompt help, close to office and the facilities were nice. The first room they showed us had an oil stain. So they showed/offered us a room that was nice/clean to use. Very helpful!

The storage complex was very neat and clean. Easy to manuvure around inside the complex. My unit had a light right above it which made my nighttime move so convenient. Everything went well. I will be renting here for awhile!

The help I received was the deciding factor in which storage facility to use. They were involved in the decisions about delivery of my goods and provided the insurance and locks that I needed.

I was able to compare prices for the storage space and their were no surprise fees or charges. And the staff were helpful and friendly.

Last Friday, I searched available storage units by size and distance from my house using sparefoot. I was able to reserve the unit online and received confirmation by email. The following day I showed up at Life Storage and they had all of my information ready so I could sign the rental agreement. Incredibly easy.

Check in was super easy. Staff polite and we'll informed, easy access to my unit. Information on line accurate in helping me pick a size

Very friendly and helpful service, had a lot of patience with us. The storage units are smaller than you might think, so it's best to get a size up or ask for a recommendation. Site said free use of moving truck, but that is one time only during your first two weeks. You still need to refuel the truck and put down a $100 deposit. After that first free time, it's something like $30 plus milage.

Customer Service was outstanding and the prices were unbelievable.

Staff horrible must insure property or no go and manager threatened to call police bc she never saw me b4 didn't believe I was a tenant when reported management did nothing and continue to treat me like I was trash. I moved out

Uncle Bob's is very easy to work with. They gave me the use of a free truck (within certain limits) to move my stuff and made it very easy to get started!

Place gets the job done. The lady at the counter was nice but it hadn't been cleaned yet, she couldn't generate a code that worked for me to get in. None of that is necessarily her fault. Just made the process less convenient.

I work close by so location is good , I can get to my things. I like the code access being more user friendly then a scan card.

Only one staff is working, i need to wait out door when he is serving another customer. The storage door need more grease and seem easy to be off track.

I called before we arrived to make sure everything was lined up and the employee told me he would be closing and leaving for lunch at one, which I hadn't seen anywhere on the site. Good thing we were going to be there before one. He was a little unfriendly during the check in process but overall it was ok. I would recommend the place based on the prices and location!

When I walked in I was greeted by all employees who answered all of my questions and offered me great customer service. This business is very clean and although a little pricier than other storage units, it is well worth your money. They have an elevator and furniture carts for you to help move all of your items. All around a nice place! Thanks Uncle Bobs! I also got my next month free just for renting through them.

When I arrived, I had to wait at least 1 hour for them to even begin helping me - I arrived right when it opened at 12pm on Sunday. With only one person working, and multiple customers, it was understandable I had to wait. After waiting, however, they had no record of my reservation through Sparefoot - even after providing my confirmation/reservation number. Then they needed a printed copy of my Renters Insurance policy - and were extremely unhelpful in terms of instructing me on a place where I could go to print one out. All in all, once I had all my paperwork completed and put a lock on my unit, over 2 hours had gone by. The facility was in good condition and seemingly secure, but overall service was a strong point.

As I was driving down N. Lamar, I missed the facility. I called the office and the customer service representative stood outside waving so I would find the location, that's exceptional service!!

Had a bunch of extra fees. They just changed the price and called them admin fees.

Paul at the front desk was very helpful and informative. He helped me understand what size I would need and worked with me through all the paperwork. I wish more customer service folks were like him. The facility was clean and easy to navigate.

Nothing negative to say about uncle bobs at all. The staff have been very helpful and accommodating, they have trolleys for rental and a free truck if you should need one to assist with your move. The space itself is great value for money and very easy to find as it is right off 1-83.

Pretty good, I was not informed prior to going of the insurance required to start. I also was not given a free month for registering prior on the Internet.

Not the prettiest of storage businesses, a little worn, but seems to be solid enough. Manager Trey was very adroit at customer service and very accommodating. Worth taking a second look if you are seeking storage.
