I was surprised at the ease of moving in. I was worried because I needed to move in same-day and I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to get there for office hours. However, I was sent a link to pay and move in contactless and I was very appreciative of the customer service on that.

Good experience with the help. Reservations online in advance went flawlessly.

This was the best experience I have had in Austin with renting a storage unit. I was able to do almost everything online. When I got to a point that I was stuck on I called customer service and the agent walked me through to the finish line. She stayed on the phone with me until she was sure that I was able to get into the gate and open my unit. I wish every facility had this type of service. The unit was CLEAN!!!! I was able to move right in and felt comfortable and confident that I made the correct choice in using this facility. Best kept secret in South Austin.

Excellent customer service, clean, do extra convenient things like sell locks on-site and (with your permission) they receive your packages or deliveries and have them placed in your storage unit.

Recently moved in. The property appears well maintained and clean with good lighting for evening visits. They seem to have regular pest control as well.

Location is convenient, move in was easy. Brought a broom to sweep unit prior to moving in which, which was a good move.

Customer service had the potential to be great. However, I had to return to clarify a billing error, which was a major oversight. With only one person in the office, due to a shortage of staff at another location (which I was told), with the over multitasking of one person, the attention to detail, somewhat took a backseat. For the most part, Peggy was very friendly, quite engaging and most accommodating.

They were very helpful. The place is clean and safe. We have two storage units there now.

I was in and out in 20 minutes and don't let that minimal time fool you. Everything was explained in detail about the facility, hours of operation, additional insurance needs, security code access, contracts signed. And all done with fantastic customer service to boot. I did not feel rushed or pressured.

Easy online reservation and easy process to get my storage unit. Be aware of their lunch break and limited parking outside their gate. Sterling, the associte manager did a great job with customers.

Moving can be terribly stressful. But going through Sparefoot and finding Uncle Bob's Self Storage has been amazing. I love Sparefoot's price comparisons, and Uncle Bob's is reasonably priced and the customer service is FANTASTIC. 11/10 would recommend.

Cheap, Friendly, Free Truck for 8hrs. Its completely clean and the staff was awesome. They got me in there very quickly and made it simple.

The property manager was very friendly and took her time answering questions. The office area and the unit were both very clean.

Every criteria was met, the staff was courteous and made sure to let me know when I left my spare key in my storage unit. Our Sparefoot salesperson was great as well.

The person on duty at the desk wso very helpful and informative. The unthe was better secured than I had previously thought. Overall, a very good experience.

Stacey was amazing. Even called the night before to let us know a moving van would not be available. The customer service is great and the units are climate controlled and tidy. The other good reviews on this location on on point. So far, so good.

I had some frustrations with the insurance requirements, but that didn't have anything to do with the management, who were very helpful.

I had worries that the storage quotes I was given were going to be far out of my price range and I would never find a place to store my belongings. Then my friend suggested Uncle Bobs. I used my cell to Reserve a unit and a free truck to move! THE BEST! I had the truck for 6 hours and was able to store everything I owned in a cost effective storage unit. The on site manager answered all my questions and kept the property clean. I would recommend Uncle Bobs to all my friends and family.

Great place for a great price. Free truck rental made a big difference. The people up front are incredibly nice and patient as well. I would recommend this storage to anyone.

uncle bob's storage is a good storage place, great price and when I had to upgrade my unit to a bigger one there was no problem. also have a truck available to use if you need it. I am very happy and pleased with the place and recommend it!!

check them out. They were very helpful and were willing to work with me, even offered several solutions to meet my needs. Due to logistics, I needed a place closer in, so was unable to use them, but they make the process of getting started clear and without hassle.
