Preston was very efficient, friendly, patient and kind. He explained everything in detail regarding the units, pricing and rules. He gave us a guided tour of the facilities, pointed out the cameras, rodent prevention, insect control and water runoff maintenance. We were impressed and rented a unit. Preston is an asset to the company. Yes I would recommend to family, friends and strangers.

Great price and location for what I was looking for.

Move in was fast and easy once i got in touch with the front office clerks. They leave the office frequently for errands and their breaks ,- it'd be helpful If the lunch times were posted somewhere on the website so that people could avoid coming at those times. My other recommendation for improvement is to have a clerk spend a lot more time discussing the need for renters insurance, their carrier and/or acceptable alternative to it. I was kind of railroaded into purchasing their insurance without them even explaining or describing into me. He does an additional fee above and beyond the rental fee

I'm only staying for a month, but the customer service was great. Everything thing I needed to know was explained. I also left something behind at the front desk and the employee I spoke with waited for me to come back to get my things.

They have storage units to store whatever items you need stored and locks to lock them. What more could you need?!?!
