The facility is safe with indoor climate controlled rooms and a security gate. The interior is well kept and the customer service is nice. Plus I was offered 1 free month upon renting. Good experience.

They were happy to show me different unit sizes before I settled on one. The interior non-climate controlled storage is still somewhat climate controlled, as it's the first floor of the building. So it's a good option if you don't need full climate control down to sub-80 degree temps, but don't want your stuff to cook in the Texas heat like many non-temp controlled places. You pay a bit of a premium for the convenient location, and they REQUIRE insurance which tacks on on some extra money. Their price on the insurance was the same as market rates I saw ($10 per $2k IIRC), so no big deal unless you didn't want your stuff insured. I haven't had a chance to start moving in yet, but it looked like they had a loading dock of sorts on one side for a truck, and then a ground level entrance on the other side.

Very secure to the extent it was a little annoying to move in, but I guess that is a good thing. Access couldn't have been easier for a 3rd floor unit.

I have never had a storage unit until this one, but it is very nice. Floors are always clean, there are always carts near the entrance, and the people are super friendly. All around great storage facility in my eyes.

Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone.
