I like the facility. It is clean and safe.

I rented from another location, I arrived there to check into both my units and no one was there. I waited over a hour and a half and even came back still no one, then talk to a kid that was living there and he said his mom was sleeping and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be bothered. I even called customer service etc, I finally gave up and left. Waist of time luckily another location helped me out.

Perfect clean affordable place

Easy process and quick paperwork. $20 for a lock, $30 for fees and $15 for insurance is a little much.

Poor communication, not staffed during hours they say, tech does not work. Waited for hours for an employee to show up, was just told to go to another location instead.

My first time renting spaces. I didn't realize this lication did not have ac so it was a little warm inside. If an ac could be placed down the main hallway to cool the main hallway, it would be awesome.

Easy to reserve and access. Wish they used the standard lock I bough for another storage unit. But had to buy a new one for the specific type of unit, which was an extra charge I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect. However, they were friendly and helpful.

$1 move in is great! Wasn't happy about paying $24 in administration fees or $19.99 for the locks Public Storage requires. Great location. Parking lot is too small. Storage unit is clean upon move in. Decent rate for the storage units.

Public storage is dependable and safe and most of all dry I have never had leaks in my storage and also very safe locks and secuirty gates. and camera's. Thank you from Albert Corrales unit 7131.

Sherea is very knowledgeable, very professional and provides excellent service.

First of all, we arrived very early, but that didn't stop Shera from helping us out, she was very eager to assist, especially after she found out we were on a short schedule, she was busy but dropped everything to help us with questions and offered any additional help if needed....you usually don't get that kind of sincere service at a Public Storage, but this time was different and worth mentioning...so on behalf of The Better Movers Inc and myself, we sure thank you Shera, for evreything!!

Was not happy that I wasn't told up front about the insurance as well as having to purchase only yalls locks. I was told I had to pay 25 dollars for the first month and walked out pay 57 dollars I was not happy about that

I just love my storage. The place is clean well maintained and has a public restroom that really helps when have to dig thru boxes looking for something. Plus the staff is great Sherea is always ready and willing to help any way she can.
