Staff person was very helpful with reservation and move-in info.

Booking experience was smooth, move in was smooth, the unit is as expected.

I did not get any deal although booked from my employer service

Staff member was friendly, helpful, social-distancing, masked, knowledgeable and answered my every question. The facility itself was spotlessly clean, well-laid out and everything (lock, doors, etc.) worked.

Everything from the initial contact thru the reserving, lease, and move in process were very easy. The units a are very clean, and since we are moving and having to store all our stuff we have no idea how much space we need to rent......we are not locked into a contract and hence we can move out of one too small and into a larger one if need be......sweet!

The property was clean, secure and easily accessible. Gregory was kind, friendly, easy to work with, courteous. He acknowledged the presence of new customers while waiting on someone so naturally! I can't imagine anyone being offended or mistreated by him unless they were having a bad day. Waited to complete this review until we were finished with the facility. The check out process was smooth and simple. There were two other workers one at check in and the other at check out who were equally pleasant. It was a perfect experience for my first time using a storage facility. I would definitely go back again should the need arise.

The entire team helped our family out and were incredibly kind in the process. Dealing with aging parents who are making a move to downsize and they did their best to reassure them and keep their anxiety levels down (anxiety induced by moving; not the storage units). Thanks so much for answering all of their questions (multiple times) pleasantly and respectfully.

Because Public Storage seems like a large company, I did not expect to be treated in such a humble way as I was. It wasn't about how much money I spent, but it was about how much space I needed. He even offered that if I picked a place that was too big, I could move to a smaller one. This is the best experience I have ever had with a storage company and I know my things are super-secure!

They made this easy. go the web site, pick your size and price, read the terms, go to the unit and view it then sign the papers, get the key, and off you go. No gimmicks or upselling

On a rainy Sunday during the Memorial Day weekend, we found Public Storage on 183 @ Braker Lane in Austin at the recommendation of a friend who has used the place. Sean and Dawn were easy and fun to work with. We were given a personal showing of the facility by Sean, and during that showing the other people moving in were waving to Sean and calling him by his first name. This is not my first experience in renting a storage space, but it was the best experience. My compliments to this group. Terry Belt

There were charges that I had not known up front or I would've given a higher rating (ie. Insurance, key, damp rid)

Staff here were very friendly, gave us a tour before we purchased our unit, and gave useful advice on how to navigate our way through the maze. When there was an issue with our lock, the problem was resolved immediately. Very clean facility.

We were treated with the greatest of service, help and information during the process of obtaining this rental storage unit. The employees were all so helpful and made this move an enjoyable one! I would definately recommend them to anyone looking to store their personal belongings.

We were impressed with the kind of service we received, right from the first phone call through our first test of using the system. We now have a secure storage site in an ultra-modern, climate-controlled facility, and have mastered the solid security protocol at the site. Tanya, the manager at this site, was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We are looking forward to a long relationship together.
