Very quick process and the location rep was thoughtful and nice before and after I checked in!

I was impressed by my experience at two different Public Storage locations recently. Staff at both were very helpful and friendly. The first place didn't have exactly the unit I wanted so they helped me find another available unit nearby within my budget. The second location was exactly what i was looking for and the signup process was a breeze. I don't think I'll need storage much in my future, but if I do, I will definitely return to Public Storage. Great experiences at both locations! A for customer service!!

The staff was very patient with me as our move-in date changed a few times. When I arrived, Anne showed me the unit and explained in detail everything I needed to know. This facility is very clean and the offices are tidy. They take pride and ownership and it shows!

I enjoyed my experience at Public Storage. I hadn't had a storage unit for years, and remember it as been pretty seedy to say the least. This experience was great. They walked me through the process which no longer requires signing physical papers, and showed me my unit. They also looked for the best entrance to help me reach it quickly/less walking which was a plus. You could tell they were having a grand time and enjoyed what they did. Thanks!

Excellent experience working with Anne at the front desk. The on site dolly made it easy to move my possessions to the second floor via the elevator. I have an SUV and the dolly enabled a single trip from the SUV to the storage unit on each of my auto trips to the storage unit

My key got stuck in my lock. They replaced my lock had my new keys the next day! Thank you!

It's safe and secure but I'd gladly pay an extra 20 bucks for one not to be able to go put my stuff in storage I've been carrying it in my car for two weeks and I cannot seem to get here before 9:03 PM! I am all for security I love the security the goodness gracious some of us are on an opposite schedule there should be some kind of option to where I can utilize the space that I'm paying for already know that once I put it in storage I'm not going to see it for a long time because I'm not ever going to be able to get back in but goodness gracious come on

I had a very pleasant experience this morning: my appointment was at 10am, but I got there early, and it was no problem. Anne showed me my reserved space, told me about all the paperwork and what I needed to know, and I was able to use my lock from a previous time I had rented from Public Storage. If there would be a "Recommend this location" check box, then it would have 5 checks in it. The location is good too: next to working in the area, there are numerous useful stores close by, as well as the Domain.

This Public Storage has a low theft rate, decent prices on units and the best on site manager you could hope for. Anne is down to business. At the same time she is understanding and works hard to make sure you get what you need from a storage unit service without a bunch of run around crap. Need a safe place to store your things? Look no further.

Of all the storage places I've ever used, this is by far the cleanest and most secure. Add to that, the property manager Anne is extremely helpful and considerate--and you couldn't beat the rate I got on a 5 x 10 unit in Austin. Highly recommended!

Reservation was simplistic and Anne was a terrific help. Easy sign in and off we went to get my unit.

Amy was great! We needed a unit fast and she got us setup over the phone and we were there within the hour to move our things in. She had our paperwork started and we were in and out quickly.

Clean, well lighted, nice folks to deal with.......for a place of this size it really NEEDS MORE CARTS or have a return area.

Do like the fact you have drive up gate entry. Low stress ... Who likes to move? Anyway, entrance into my unit unloading took the edge off.
