The employee's that run the front desk have always been very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. The climate controlled storage units are very well kept and work great.

They were so super helpful from beginning to end. Especially Tommy who went above and beyond. Though everyone professional and extremely easy to work with.

I just started storing my belongings at this location. I visited 3 other locations prior to selecting this one, as not all PS location are equal. This location is VERY clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and happy to assist in any way they can.

First time I used them, about a year and a half ago, they were great! Movers were very nice and the cost wasn't bad either. This time around, I called to get a quote and immediately I could tell the guy was a salesman. Why would I need a third mover when I only needed two the first time? Nothings changed, everything is in storage. Sad to say but I will be shopping elsewhere.

I have used this Public Storage location for my short-term (2-3 months) storage needs during my various housing transitions over the last several years. Convenient location off US-183 & McNeil Road, Cheryl, the site manager, is a joy to work with; efficient and always helpful! The facility is clean and well maintained.

Cheryl played a very active and helpful role for me in making choices of storage locker size and the right mix of box sizes. Cheryl pointed out the excellent offers available on both boxes and rental charges. I have revisited her location since I rented a space for more boxes and advice for making my move go smoothly. Cheryl continues to help me out "after the sale".
