Appreciated the help of the on site manager, Ron, who helped find our storage unit and gave us info on how to lock up.

The location is a bit tricky to get to. Easy accessibility through gate. Storage was clean. Good storage for price.

The gentleman that helped me through my move in process was very friendly and helpful.

This storage unit is right nearby 2 hotels where there are a lot of homeless people hanging around, and the gate appears to be broken and stuck open. Also, the glass to the front of the office wall has a huge crack in it, it looks like a baseball or something hit it. I got a 10x15 that indicated it was a drive-up, however, I got one that was above-ground, so I had to walk all my storage to my unit up a set of steps. I gave it the amount of stars I did because it was a seamless move in and thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what was most important to me, as I was needing a storage unit last minute early in the morning.

Great customer service in a clean facility

Clean, spacious, and move in was a breeze. Happy with the rental. Only downside was the entrance off 35 is right off the off ramp so youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve got to get lucky with traffic or ignore Google maps.

Rented to store some furniture as it was the cheapest of the options available, unit was clean and once I finally figured out the location, easy to access!

I booked my Public Storage unit on SpareFoot. It was as easy as 1-2-3. I did the paperwork on there, and finished everything on their website. Also, I had a better deal than if I had went through public storage themselves. They had a special discounted rate for SpareFoot.

I never have a Problem with them. Very nice and Helpful. The hours suck for people that work late they close at 9pm. And every storage I've had has been rent get 30daya till payment. This one I rented 2 weeks the the first came 2wks later made me behind. Not right at all.Then want to action your stuff with in a month becareful about that.but everything else is good

This facility is accessed by going past the entrance to a hotel as if you were checking in. That may actually help with keeping intruders away but it makes it difficult to find especially for movers. Directions should say, "We are beyond the hotel entrance after you make two sharp left turns. The biggest issue is that the gate will get stuck halfway open so that a large truck can't get through or it may without warning close on your vehicle passing through. Both times the customer service agent had to come outside to disable it. If you needed access outside of office hours you might be stuck. Please fix the gate so it opens all the way. Thanks..

Move-in was quick and easy. The access gate was flakey.

Everyone was very helpful and the facility was clean.

The only thing that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t great was the mandatory fees I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expecting like the lock fee, must have insurance. I understand but make that information prominent so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m fully aware of the cost before I decide to make the trip to the facility. Now that is all based on the company of course. As for the person I met with? Lane was awesome. He told me I could do everything online but I wanted to look at the space so he scheduled an appointment with me. Even though there were people working on the lights (which is loud in general), Lane was cheerful and explained everything to me. I was put at ease with the way their security/access system works. Very clean too!

Would definitely use and recommend to others for future storage needs.

Easy to reserve and pay online

I was assisted by Kim who provided great customer service! She kept conversation &even was kind to my 1yr old daughter who just wanted to walk around while I was paying for the unit. We were assigned to a unit in the new building and I like how clean it was and the fact it had bathrooms right by the door.

The whole process was easy. Recommend public storage.

This isn't a complaint against the company or facility but rather an attempt to improve an area for the benefit of your customer which more than likely the very ones causing the issue but never the less something really needs to be done. I know the next time I rent space I'll certainly make sure it's not a problem at that facility. That problem is the lack of 4 wheel cards or maybe their called dollies. If someone locks it in their storage area for what ever reason the rest to us suffer due to not being able to use our space after driving all the way there to do so which snowballs the problem if we were hoping to do or go someplace else. Now we have to turn around and go back home and unload and hope that there is one the next time we try taking something up there. Perhaps a location for carts to be stored that are monitored letting your employee's know who used it last.

Great facility. Security a bit lax with work being performed on the site. Workman evidently are using area as a restroom to relieve themselves.

So far everything has gone very smoothly. Staff really knows their stuff, unit was ready, very clean, affordable.

Local Team was great! I had a very specific need for a new storage locker regarding space and location in proximity with my existing storage locker. I was also on an extremely limited time table. The staff at my local Public Storage were phenomenal. They were accommodating, fast, extremely personable (even from behind their Covid masks); and were able to get me what I needed in the ideal location at a price within my budget.

Was not notified of mandatory renters insurance or type of lock needed before check-in. Therefore was forced to pay for their insurance and lock for storage unit.

I was kept informed every step of the way and accommodations were made for move in appointments. Operations were efficient and thorough. The pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend.

I found myself in a situation where I needed to move quickly and needed storage right away. From the 1st phone call all the way till I got the keys to the unit everyone was so friendly and so helpful!! They found me the perfect size and at the best price around (and I callled all of them). Chloe was super helpful, funny, friendly and gave me all the information I needed. As well as Nicole who was there to help with any questions I had and even the ones I had forgot to ask. They both made this a quick, easy and actually an enjoyable experience!! Super happy to know that while going through such a hard time in my life that my belongings will be safe and secure and that the people there are so willing to help.

I was able to find an outside unit that I can pull up to and unload. The prices are pretty comparable to other places. The women working customer service were cute, seemed to really like their jobs and were knowledgeable.

The facility was very clean and the rental process was quick and efficient. Lane checked me in and took me around the property. Everything was properly explained, The temperature in the climate controlled unit was a constant 78-79 degrees on multiple days, when it was 95-100 degrees outside. My initial experience with Public Storage has been very good so far.

The storage is off highway 183 N frontage road with easy access. The staff is friendly and helpful in showing the unit. The room is quite clean.

Nice staff, quick sale and easy enrollment. 5*****, the reason for the 4 stars is I don't like anything misleading or not up front and I believe it caught me a little off guard that I had to pay the renters insurance when I walked in, but when I registered previously online it didn't show that's a move in cost. So boo for that

great treatment from staff. clean, well lit, secure facility. i believe that there are "hidden costs" however. when i was researching a storage unit online, i was told about the monthly charge for the unit and the initial charge for new rentals. i was not however informed until i was actually renting the unit that there is required monthly insurance if you are renting a temperature control unit. nor was i prior informed about the cost for the lock that must be provided by them.

The employees at Public Storage have been extremely helpful, knowledgable, and courteous. They went above and beyond expectations helping me to find an amazing deal at another location when I realized that I needed climate controlled storage to protect my belongings. I feel confident that I am receiving the best deal and the highest quality storage available.

It was clean and well-maintained. Prices were within reason. Though extra expenses and mandatory insurance made the $1 first month move-in turn into $36. The lady in the office was nice, but it is aggravating to realize that the $1 move in was not completely true and still get pushed to buy boxes, rope, damprid, special locks, etc. I just wanted a quick, cheap way to get my husband's extra stuff out of the way. I also would prefer 24/7 access. Remembering that I put something in storage that we needed at 8:45 at night when access is locked at 9:00 is irritating. I prefer knowing I can get my stuff whenever I need it.

The young lady that helped me 5/10/2017 was great! She showed me the unit, explained how it worked, walked me through how to log in online and maintain my account online, and provided extra forms to help me find answers when I need them.

Dawn and Robin are very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave great advice. A few things that could be improved: public storage doesn't make it very clear on thier website that the price does not include the mandatory monthly insurance ($11-15) and the purchase of a lock ($20). It would be nice to know the total cost before deciding to purchase, rather than while signing the contract. Also, this location doesn't allow access after 9pm, I often have to work late so this is a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, I am happy with the facility. It is clean, the staff has great customer service and it seems pretty secure.

This is the place to go! Dawn helped me and she was super sweet! My experience was quick, painless, and easy. Thanks for being a great facility! From the minute I called, I got the unit I wanted on the floor I wanted and at the price I wanted. ?????????? P.S. I noticed Dawn was a little hot due to the sun beaming in through the window. I think management should add some blinds.

Best experience I have ever had at a storage unit facility. Cindy was incredibly accommodating to any and all of my needs and was so sweet while doing it. Her management style allows for that facility to run efficiently and effectively. When there are so many options for storage units in Austin, customer service like Cindy's is what makes for loyal customers such as myself.

I chose this location because of the excellent service Al provided. I was very impressed with the clean facility, as well as the unit I chose. The service from Vanessa, Al, and Erika are second to none! They're customer service was on point and the knowledge of every question I had was world class. I highly recommend this facility to anyone I come across.

I had excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. The pricing on the storage unit was fair and I got a good deal on the first month. My only complaint was that I needed to buy some boxes and wrap which were extremely expensive. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to grab some boxes elsewhere so it left a bit of a bad taste. I would caution anyone who needs extras to come prepared.

The site is exceptionally clean and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was being forced to buy insurance in order to get the keys to my unit. My renters policy covers off site storage but I couldn't verify that until the next day when my agent was in the office.

I needed this storage unit for a short time and the experience was so easy. I got really great customer service from Al and all the others who worked at the location on Research Blvd. that share the entrance with Comfort Suites. They went out of their way to help and/or explain anything. Great experience!

Go to Public Storage! They have a good promotion, they give great service and they have good security system; and the installations are new

When I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment the office was locked and there was no one to be seen. I called the phone number and left a voice mail, then went back home. An hour later I got a call from Public Storage informing me that I had missed my appointment! Apparently checking voice mail wasn't high on the agenda that day. I made a new appointment, and when I got there all the Public Storage folks were busy with other customers. So I had to wait around until they were finished. At that point I discovered that I wasn't eligible for the on-line special because i had previously rented a locker for the company that I work for. Having done all the preliminary work on the website I was surprised that there wasn't an automated check that would have alerted me to that fact. Once all that was finally ironed out, a couple days later, Al, the manager, was very cordial and helpful.

If you need a place to stowe your extra or out of season stuff, go here. It's clean, the guys upfront are super informative, helpful and their when you need them. No voicemails or I will get back with you like other places and they are nice. The best part, it's CLEAN, well kept and easy to get into.
