No issue at all Everything was super easy

The cleanliness is great. The keypad to enter the facility needs to have a separate kiosk so that customers can't park right in front of it and prevent a secure code entering experience. A group of 3 people were parked in front of it talking on the phone that could have easily been just sitting there watching to catch the code of others entering the building. Another day a woman was parked right in front of the keypad organizing her things unaware of her surroundings. I feel like this is the most frustrating aspect of the experience. Who knows if my code has already been compromised that could have easily been prevented by a couple of walls or additional poles in place to prevent parking in the immediate vicinity. Another thing that is questionable is the "climate controlled" feature. I consider humidity to be part of humidity control yet this place does not.

Moved into my unit this past weekend. Everything is very easy to use, you get a text on how to get in with your pin, etc. itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice that you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to talk to anyone to get in. I liked that they had dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s for you to use and load up on. Easy process overall and convenient.

Manager was helpful and informative. Most of all she was honest and upfront, when other places was holding back key information about fees and process.

This storage facility is very very neat and the customer service representative at this location -14002 Owen Tech Blvd Austin is very pleasant and very ready to help out with any issues you have. They also have trolleys that one can use to move stuff which really made my move-in very very easy and stressless

My experience with Public Storage has been very positive, both in San Antonio and in Austin. I have found the facilities to be in excellent condition and the on site staff could not be more helpful.

Customer service great and the access is great!! No complaints

I made a reservation for the last 10 x 30 unit available on line. The next day I was called by one of the agents on site at the location, he identified that evan though I had a reservation in place if I coundn't come in very shortly, I may miss getting the super price as well as that location due to a walk in paying on the spot. I arranged to have them hold the unit to 11am. I was able to make it there in time and pay for the unit. I now have my movers lined up to place my things in storage while I go to school for 6 months! all within the next 3 weeks! Very Happy Camper!

Awesome staff and overall good experience and price. The estimates for space sizes based on the number of rooms threw me off a bit (eg. 10 X 10 unit = 3 rooms). I ended up getting a unit too small for all of my stuff.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of the storage location at 35 and Owen Tech, everyone is incredibly friendly! However, I had somewhat of a negative experience at the location on 183 at Pond Springs, the woman that worked there was very self-satisfied and her customer service skills lacked to an extent. Thankfully, she also encouraged us to look at all options regarding our rental needs, so we found the greatness that is public storage at 35 and Owen tech!

Love the first month free deal! I checked out other storage places. Rates are higher and it's not temperature -controlled. What kind of a deal is that? Cameras are all over the in addition to a gate.. place so safety and security is expected . Thank you for having public storage in this area. More renters to come and I hope the rent does not go up!

I had been looking for a storage unit near my new apartment, although there were closer companies to my apartment I'm glad I went with Public Storage. The website had so much information from figuring out what size to get to helpful and entertaining videos on tips and tricks. When I went in to sign my paperwork they took me to see the locker to make sure the size I had picked was just the right size. They were so friendly and helpful that I just knew I picked the right company to work with. The facility was clean and well lit.

The people are very friendly and professional. Facilities are clean, organized and safe. The prices are some of the lowest I have ever paid. I would recommend this Public Storage to everyone.

The customer service is amazing and the facility is spotless clean. Great experience and virtually painless.

My husband and I moved a 4 bedroom home by ourselves in one weekend. Well, first I scheduled our move in for a Sunday, but called on Saturday to see if they were willing to change it to that day. They were very accommodating and even seemed excited. Tre showed us around, told and showed us where our unit would be. We decided on that particular one. The things we did not like was the extra fees that were told when after we'd already decided on everything: the cylinder lock, insurance, etc. Also, the weekend is a busy moving day. There was a car parked in the loading zone, that was just parked with a bunch of kids. They were not unloading or loading anything. We would've preferred if a staff member would've gone out there and told them to move. But, all in all, we had a good experience.

David and coworker, Trey, I think were friendly and helpful. I toured my space and was shown how to access it. The conditions were clean and appealing. I appreciate the assistance and feel confident about the security of the things I will store there.

Awesome climate controlled place. Easy access. Dolley carts offered for loading. Smells nice inside. Great special though without the special I cant afford the monthly rate on the 10x15. Could use a few more dolley carts on busier move dats but most ofbthe time there are plenty. Very friendly staff.

There were too many hidden charges that I was not aware of when making the reservation, insurance which I could have transferred from renters, their lock I had to get I was told I would be spending $25 when I made my reservation which actually turned out to be $65.

The people working at this public storage were super nice and made it easy for us to get a unit. They even helped us decide what size unit we needed and it was a great experience.

I love my storage room. Great size . great Price. great Location. Friendly safe place to store my belongings. I have peace knowing everything is a-ok.
