Great experience moving in the app makes it really easy to access the gate and the elevators which also brings me comfort that my items in storage are safe and secure. Check in was seamless and everything went well

Easy to enter/exit. Not very many carts available. Security is good!

The place was clean and price was ok given that there were tubes running inside the storage area robbing it about 2 sq ft. However what bothered me the most was the poor customer service. The girl that help me was rude and short with me. Not very welcoming. Another girl from the same company called me from a different store and boy she was different; I regret not renting with her.

Good space but a little overpriced. Very clean and felt safe moving in during these covid times.

Margorie is the best! I had very specific requirements for a storage unit, and Margorie kept me updated on vacancies so that I could get the exact one that I needed. She was incredibly patient and understanding - I was storing my recently passed mother's china, so I was a handful... Margorie went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!!

Bad customer service people, but great location.

All email communication was very clear and upon check-in, the staff was helpful and friendly. It was my first experiencing using a storage unit and I was happy to be upgraded to a larger unit. There were plenty of carts available for my move-in and the facility was well maintained.

Reserved that morning, moved in the afternoon. Very simple.

When moving into my storage unit, I was able to get through the office quickly with no hassle. The loading area and carts were very helpful in getting my belongings to my unit with ease.

Great place and very professional!

This new facility was clean and organized. Fast elevators and there were always pallets available. Customer service was wonderful, Majorie very sweet and helpful. Only downside was that you have to input your entire access code into the elevator to be allowed access to your floor, which can be difficult if you are trying to support the things youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re moving. But it makes sure the facility is secure, so I understand.

I was able to make a reservation, move in, and mostly everything went perfectly fine. Clean, spacious, nice area to load/unload. I'm happy.

She explained everything well and concisely and the place is pretty well designed and secure. It was a pretty easy process to rent the space too. Overall a pleasant experience! :)

Super secure units, with access codes for everything. If I could add one more suggestion, it would be to add more Dolly's. Besides that, I'm really glad I chose public storage!

It was great until I found out the person that did my move in took the survey for me then someone called me and said I didn't have a lock on my storage so I'm looking for another storage place now because I feel my things are not safe there

Quick and easy process, best price too! I only rated 4 stars because I believe there should be more dollys for the busy moving season. 3/4 times there weren't dollys available.

Not happy with the location of the unit. Not happy with the type of lock that was provided. The light at night is insufficient.

The guy working was wonderful so that is why a five but I felt terrible for him because he was alone and overwhelmed with appointments. I hope someone reads this soon because the storage place across the street is closing in 10 days and they have 480 units moving out. Maybe another team member from another location and support
