Easy to get in and out of. Clean. Affordable.

I wish I got to pick my unit and was hoping there was more than 1 dolly available for my move to the 3rd floor. Super easy access via online.

The staff was very helpful during contactless entry. Facility was clean and my entire move-in was hassle free!

The management is attentive and helpful. Didn't want the insurance, but even with it their price was better than most others.

The person who helped me move in was very helpful and clear in how it all works. It was easy to understand and to move in.

There are too few carts available for moving, only 2 for the entire facility. It would be very helpful to have more carts available. I would also have preferred if access to the storage areas was gated, as it is in some facilities.

I had a very nice experience, with Kim!! She was very nice explain everything to me about how everything works in Public Storage!!! I give a Rating 10 stars!!

Great service friendly and clean

VERY HELPFUL CONCERNING BREAK-IN. CJ is the best! When my storage unit was broken into (along with four others at this location), CJ was so helpful. She took photos of my ransacked belongings since I was out of state and assisted me with my insurance claim. She was also very helpful in explaining how the thieves were able to break in and escape surveillance. Also, Kareem was extremely nice too, explaining how their Climate Control procedures didn't cover the water damage to my antique table when rain entered my storage unit on the 2nd floor. He helped me understand that Climate Control only applies to the humidity level in the facility, not water damage from rain entering my unit. CJ and Kareem are sweethearts; too bad they couldn't persuade the owner to offer me at least one month's free rent for all the damages incurred by theft and weather, considering I've stored my belongings there since 2009. CJ has customer service down pat...she is great! Always accommodating the customer and making sure their onsite needs are met. Plus she has been there since I started renting back on '08. Thanks, CJ!

Your website lists hours when the place is open but two employees take lunch at the same time, so it's close and service is completely unavailable during that time. Also, you don't tell a customer til they get there that they have to buy your locks and that there are many hidden fees. The people working there were helpful and nice, but these business practices of yours are just not good.

Excellent customer service. CJ, Vernon and Danial are personable and helpful employees. site seems secure and is a great value for climate controlled storage.

I have never used Public Storage before, so my experience is only based on my initial and first month renting with them. Honestly, I can't say enough good things and since the purpose of this review is for people who are considering rental storage space here I will break it down into categories I have been most impressed with so far. 1. CONVENIENCE: The process to reserve my space online was so effortless and quick. It was easier than ordering a pizza. In fact, it was so easy that I thought to myself there had to be a catch. 2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: This might not be very important to you, but good customer service is something that I haven't experienced with previous storage companies so I was delighted with how I was treated from the moment I reserved my units online. A few hours after I made my reservation, I received a call to confirm my move-in date and to welcome me to Public Storage. When I arrived on move-in day, Elena had my paperwork ready, didn't try to upsell me anything, and explained everything in detail about my contract. She went with me to view the two units I had reserved to make sure that it would work for me, and then told me that if I preferred to just have one unit that a larger unit had just come open and it would be the same price as the two units I had reserved. I was ecstatic because I had wanted this size but it had not been available on the day that I made my reservation. 3. SECURITY/CLEANLINESS/CLIMATE: I have acquired some nice things over the years and have heard plenty of horror storage tales from other people. The security at every point in the complex is impressive. I have never been in another climate controlled storage building that is kept as immaculate as the one in which my unit is located. The lighting is more than adequate and the temperature and humidity gives me great piece of mind that my belongings aren't going to rot. All in all, if this is a convenient place for you to store your stuff then I would not hesitate to use this location.

They were all up front with their requirements and did their best to accommodate our needs.

The service is great, the facility is clean and the temperature is pleasant. What more could I want? How 'bout a light to see what the heck I'm doing! I've asked about why the light over my unit stays off most of the time but to no avail. It came on once for a few minutes and it was great! But then, off again. I can still see but I need a flashlight to read my box labels - not cool.

I just moved my things in a couple of weeks ago. The staff was so easy going and informative when reviewing the paperwork. I didn't need to follow up with any questions. The place is clean, well lit, secure and I feel my belongings are well protected. I'm still fairly new, but I feel I've made the right choice by renting from Public Storage.
