The staff is very helpful, Brandon was very professional and personable. He made sure we had everything we needed from before we solidified the contract up to making sure we knew how to use the codes. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone!

The man at the front desk was EXTREMELY nice and informative. He answered every question I had with a smile and he took the time to make sure I understood every part of the lease. Unit is great!

For the most part everything went smoothly. The only exception was trying to use my code through the app. I ended up having to manually input it at the box.

My man Keith the guard on duty was very friendly and helpful. Space was easy to access. They had dollies to use right there when you got in and even though we were on the second story we had no problem unloading our van. There is one hidden fee and that is the fee for the lock that you have to purchase and they offer no refund. But with the $1 first month rate it just made it $25 for the space I was using. My two brothers and I are are unpacking our 3 rooms we grew up in and the 10 x 5 space was big enough for all our boxes and then some that we are storing. Didn't have any furniture.

First time using a storage unit and it was contactless and seamless. I parked right at the door with Trollies waiting and got a code texted from Sparefoot with everything explained including how to lock in the unit. No human contact and no hiccups

The facility is new and close to Bee Cave, neat corridors and elevator. Front desk service was great ..

Time I paid on line within minutes I had my email that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s ready

I was glad to find this facility. At 1/2 the cost of centrally-located units for the size I needed, I don't mind a bit of a drive out of town. The facility is clean and easy to access and I was able to move in contactlessly (covid safe) and when I needed to.

Brandon does an excellent job when serving customers. He made he feel like Customer Service is really top priority.
