Just moved into the facility, overall it seems nice enough. The price was right, customer service was good.

I did all the paperwork online, and move in was a breeze.

It was quick, Jessica was awesome with me. She helped with the gate and also to get into my unit. Г°ЕёЛњЕ 

Easy reservation process, and the app makes navigating things pretty easy.

The process was so smooth it surprised me! The unit was clean and easy to find. The customer service up front was super helpful and always available. Great experience! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented storage units in the past and this by far is the best!

We were late to all of our flights and other plans because of this shitty place not having the right lock! We had to wait an hour by the managers office to get the right size lock just to find out the "manager" who was a young girl was chilling in a car right outside of the office! I was knocking and calling like crazy and pretty sure she fricking saw us standing with bags under a 100 hot degrees. Then she slowly came out and was soooo slow at her job and service! Even though i told her we are late for our flight! The office sign said "left to help another customer" while she's clearly on her phone in some car right next to the office for 1 hour!!!! We lost a lot of money and nerves just because someone didn't put the right fucking size of a lock! How hard is that?! This is serious business where people rely on you while moving and stressing!!! Shame on ya'll.

Is exactly what I was expecting with convenient app access to building and lot. Attendant very friendly and courteous. ALL GOOD!

Move in was very easy. I recommend buying boxes and locks elsewhere, as those items are twice as expensive here as they are at U-Haul. You will also be required to pay an additional $15/mo to insure your items, so factor that in.

Amy is amazing !! Made my experience with public storage smooth without hitch. She is a very knowledgeable associate and makes you immediately feel comfortable with questions and the property. public storage offers their prices great locations and I very much recommended this storage facility to anyone. I only have one glitch and it is not at the very top of my importance list but I do wish that I can access my items later at night because I do work late afternoons and have trouble accessing my things sometimes due to the 9 p.m. closing

My experience was great renting my unit. She was very nice, everything was set and ready to go. I had no problems renting my unit and since renting I've dealt with the property for other things and they were extremely helpful then too

Friendly staff, nice looking facility, very well maintained. Worth noting that you are required to insure your unit, so if you have off-site storage insurance coverage with your renters insurance, be sure to bring a copy of your policy, otherwise they will make you buy their insurance ($11/mo is the lowest rate they offer). Also worth noting is that you have to have a cylinder lock to rent a unit. They charge $19.99 for a lock that you can buy across the road at Cothron's for half the cost. Aside from these sneaky ploys to add to their bottom line, the rest of my experience went smoothly.

Tamra made it possible for me to move my things into this Public Storage facility the same day that I brought them in a UHaul. I was originally going to go with the smallest, cheapest storage unit but my Dad wanted the ease of a drive-up and I needed a bit more space. Tamra helped me and my Dad find a drive-up unit that fit our needs and was even offered at a special rate. I was extremely grateful for her help that day. She was courteous, efficient, and had a great temperament. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Anytime you need any help with anything a helping hand is always there. I love the girls they are the sweetest I wouldn't take my business elsewhere. On the other hand The phone reps who we called for pricing well let's just say the guy can work on his rude and impatient customer service. I highly recommend skip the middle man visit the office on Santiago St. and you'll be in and out in a jiffy with a smile on your face.

Good customer service and good facility. Only complaint is that the door lock of my building where my storage is, is broken. So anyone who gets in the gate can get into the building.

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and greeted promptly. All questions were answered honestly and immediately.

Stephanie provided me with a pleasant greeting to the office. She also quickly processed my information and got me the unit i needed. There was also a small tour to the storage unit. She thoroughly explained the gate and code system. Tall ceilings of the unit make stacking quite easy.
