My apartment flooded badly during the recent winter storm leaving me with no place to live and needing a place to store the belongings I could salvage very quickly. I was able to book online and get into a unit almost immediately!

This is my first time using a storage company. My experience has been fine so far but it hasn't been a month yet. The things that stood out to me that i like is the manager of the storage facility had my best interest in mind when he showed me another unit than the one i reserved and i was very pleased. I liked the tour he gave me with instructions. What i didn't like was the amount of phone calls i got after i made the online reservation even after i informed him each time i was moving from another state and would not know the exact time of day I'd be there. I also didn't like being told insurance is a requirement after we were half way into finishing up. I also do not like the projection of prices going up. Overall i give it 4 stars because it's not perfect but it's not horrible.

I love the how easy and accessible it is to store your belongings and how clean it is and secure not to say the least the manager was very pleasant

I got a phone call on Sunday morning (May 3) from the storage that I have a contract with. The caller was telling me that I owe you a late fee despite having only using the storage for 5 days. I told her I didn't know what she was referring to, because I had a contract on Apr 28 and I paid in full and had a receipt. Then she told me she didn't know what was going on and told me that I still may face charges of the pro-rated rental fee. I told her I would be out of the storage before one month contract expires, and I already told the guy on the contract day. But she didn't seem to care and told me that contact the guy on Tuesday (5/5). Then why the hell was she calling me on Sunday morning, and screw my weekend. She didn't apologize for her mistake, and put her fault to someone else. I am really disappointed.

Had a great experience renting a storage unit at the W Hwy 290 location in Austin. Amelia was great! Called me immediately upon reservation submission, provided a few good tips about the process and was really efficient with our time. We looked at a location close to downtown and it was just too crowded and cramped for the movers. This location is much better suited for large trailers that carry multiple households of property. Overall very happy with the rental process.

Jesse was very helpful! He helped me with sizeing a space and showed me a couple of units. He explained how to make an online reservation, which I did. The unit was clean. He was friendly and courteous. He did a great job!

VERY HAPPY with the service and options made available to me. I worked directly with Jesse and he was very welcoming, friendly, and professional from the get-go. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and suited my needs well. I contacted many storage places in Austin and to be candid, aside from equal or on par amenities, it's the customer service rendered by the staff that made the difference. I'll be back again should the need arise and if you happen to run into Jesse on your visit, you will more than likely be well taken care of!

Clean, Helpful and Friendly! It seems every time I'm moving things in and out of storage, the facilities are VERY clean. The customer service is outstanding. I believe her name is Kim. She was sweeping the front drive as I arrived. I was off loading quite a bit of furniture when, to my surprise, Kim brought me a rolling cart. It's the small things like that, it does make a difference. The facility is first rate... I hope they have these in Atlanta!

I have rented storage space from public storage on multiple occasions even iin different states, and have received consistent quality customer service each time. I have also felt my belongings are safe and secure with no problems. I will continue to rent storage space with Public Storage for all my storage needs in the future.

Your manager was extremely well versed with relaying the services and the whats and whats not of the facility.....en tote, I was/am very satisfied.
