Public Storage - Austin - 7112 South Congress Ave

We were looking for a place to keep my truck in Austin for a week since it had been broken into twice while I’ve been in TX. Susan was outstanding!! We received excellent customer service and a safe place to store the truck. Couldn’t be happier!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean space. To narrow to storage a car. Easy process. Best prices town.

I feel like I was looking at one storage facility that was climate controlled, then somehow was switched to a public storage without climate control. I am in a very frenzied move and trusted I was getting the right thing so I didn’t double check. Now I’m stuck. And even though it’s shady, it’s one with “upgraded” locks rendering my other PS locks I had saved useless.

The girls in the office were great.. Very friendly and explained about the storage units and sizes. They made me feel very comfortable and I would recommend using public storage.!!

I moved from this particular location to another (due to work!) Miranda did everything she could to make the transition smooth and easy. Becca, from the Westgate location, (the one I moved to,) was also instrumental in facilitating the move. Both ladies went above and beyond the call of duty. I had questions, and they had the answers. They are extremely knowledgeable, forthright, and make themselves as available as possible.

This is the best management of a storage unit facility I've ever experienced. Maranda was super helpful on multiple occasions, and Louie is an awesome dude that went out of his way to help me, too. I enjoy talking to them whenever I see them, and when I have a question, I know it's going to be answered before anyone even picks up. The facility has larger units available (40' x 12') than most in the Austin area, which was great for us. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone.

Love the cold storage when you walk in and clean restrooms.. But what I don't like is the closing gates hours. They should expanded till midnight and have a local security on site. Other than that I would come back and get a storage.
