I like the location of the facility. It makes it really easy for me to store my items.

Saw two different people living in units, one cooking in a unit with a camp stove and one who was talking loudly on speakerphone who was there for about 5 hrs getting either more agitated or intoxicated

Apparently this place requires you to purchase $15/month insurance and a $20 special lock, which makes the “$1 first month’s rent” promo useless and insulting

The facility is great and the move-in was smooth and easy. Great location for those that live in South or South-East Austin. Clean, well lit, and an abundance of security.

Needed a storage unit on the fly as I was moving into a new apartment complex. SpareFoot gave me the options I needed and Public Storage was the perfect fit. Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, and the units are clean and priced just right. I would definitely recommend this location.

I loved the service I received the day I came in, I had called over the phone and made a reservations over the phone originally but once there I was helped and had my storage and information needed asap!

I had to move in fast on a Sunday, and nick made it happen.

Lauren went above and beyond to help me. Asked me more or less what I was storing. She said can I show you this storage its about 5' longer. Showed it to me and I said how much. It went up like $20.00. I said let me take this one. Lauren made my day. Thank you Lauren from South 1st Public Storage. You are the Best.

Really awesome customer service. We were taken to the units so we could see the actual size. The girl that helped us was really friendly and very knowledgeable about prices and offered us the Labor Day special. We were greatly impressed because the premise was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend anyone that needs a storage unit

Thank you Valarie and Christine for being so courteous and friendly. Your customer service went above and beyond other storage associates that I had shopped expectations. I will definitely refer my friends and family to your Public Storage locations when they need to store away unused items.

James helped me out. He was awesome, he showed me my options even though i set everything up online. He did a great job talking through everything and explaining it all. I would give 5 if there was a/c or fans in at least the halls of the storage. I was dying miving all my stuff in

Convenient locations. Great competitive prices. Lauren, the Public Storage employee, was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, etc. As a consumer, be diligent in watching the price of the storage facility. We needed the storage facility for less than a month because our new apartment was not available until the 10th of the month and we had to be out of our old apartment 10 days before on the 31st. We were able to get the 'special price' they had advertised. But, they said they only had a select few at the particular price. So, as a consumer just 'do your homework'.

Public Storage website is easy to navigate; online sign up gives an added savings. Straight forward are the terms. Easygoing customer service. Clean storage bay.

Chelsea is a fantastic employee and she's always friendly and ready to help with whatever you may need help with and she's always smiling just and all around good person.She is super and she is very Professional and she will, see to all your needs.So come on down rent a locker from the best crew in Austin.

I've rented here before and it's so much cleaner and more secure here, the new property manager Chelsea and Jacob the district manager have gotten new better doors and cameras. She is always so nice to me and understanding.

The lighting at night is terrible. I had to light up my unit with my car's headlights, and my mistake but I thought my battery could handle 1 hour of headlights. Well it didn't, it died. I knocked on the manager's door and she didn't want to help me at all, not even open the door to talk. She yelled through the door that she wouldn't help me jump my car even though I had cables, and that she didn't even work there at all so she couldn't even give me basic info. Huh that's weird, I didn't know Public Storage rented out the property manager's living quarters to useless random people who have access to the facility all night long. Never saw any cameras either. Everything else about the place is fine, just that one bad experience that makes me not want to suggest the place to others.

My experience was a very good one. I would recommend this company to others.
