That's all I can say 5 Stars we haven't actually moved in yet but we got the luck and will move in shortly:)

So far so good. Everything seems to be great, although the price online was lower than the actual price that was paid by quite a bit. As long as the price doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go up from here I will consider this a great storage facility. Lots of security and very clean. Nice to be able to do it all online.

Sparefoot itself was great because I could compare location and pricing of multiple units at various facilities to find the best fit for my needs. As for Public Storage, the price is very reasonable for a 10x10 climate controlled unit ($72 a month). The instructions were clear on what I needed to do to get my unit, lock, and keys. My only real complaint is that the facility map sent in the email was small and hard to read, so actually finding my unit took an extra 2 or so minutes than it otherwise would have. Otherwise, great experience and glad to have jumped on the unit while deals were going on.

The facility is adequately secured and the amount of space I got for the money I paid was really pretty good. No issues with the appearance. When we got there, I did not see any staff or much information on signs about where things were. Also, the only cart was chained up, which made things a bit more difficult. No issues once I got my heavy items to the space. Everything was ready, and I was able to lock up and go.

Great space… parked my full size 2019 Ram w lots of space to add my things… unfortunately I did have to buy light bulbs.

The digital access points are amazing and make the process of using a storage unit so much easier than most storage units. The location is a excellent for me and the price is good for the size and location. The only thing that I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t love was the ceiling to the storage unit is open and it worries me that a rodent or something or someone could access it through the top of the unit.

The staff at this facility were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was clean and secure. I was very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Renting the storage space was an easy process. No contact- I paid on my phone, was texted the access code, then went straight to my storage! I would say very efficient and the woman that answered the phone was friendly.

Deborah is great! They were having some technical issues which slowed down the process, but we got it done with paper.

I didn't know what to expect, but the manager was very cordial and professional. He asked about my needs and what I was storing. He made sure I was getting the correct space that would support me. I have nothing but glowing comments about the service I received.

The location isn't as great as you would think as it's difficult to get going back south. Many of the units have a sizeable step up into the unit. This helps prevent flooding into the unit but can make it more difficult to get larger items into it. Staff will address your concerns and give you honest information and opinions.

Rented an outdoor space for vehicle storage, outdoor units are not insulated so they get very hot. Have seen the main security gate stuck in the open position a couple times. Staff was helpful.

It is a bit off-putting that you make a reservation only to get there and find they don't have the unit size that you reserved that doesn't make sense to me but the gentleman at the original one which was very close to where I'm moving was able to find another one that was a bit farther but of course since it wasn't as convenient was probably close to half the price which will be a nice take away so the people that I dealt with at the new reservation facility because I immediately went and secured that but they were very nice to work with very helpful and just pleasant all around so looking forward to getting my stuff moved in

I understand itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s policy, but some forewarning on the $15 required insurance would have been nice. I thought Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be paying $20/mo which was clearly advertised up until the point of payment, then the price is nearly doubled once I have my card out? Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sure you can understand why it seems grifty

I reserved a 5x5 unit and went in the day I reserved it to set up the account and look at the space. The staff were great, especially Deborah who was the main one to help me out. The unit met my needs and expectations. Also best rate in town. I would recommend to others.

All personnel are courteous and very professional - Gerald, the assistant manager did not hesitate to show me all available options and walked me trough the facility twice before explaining to me the paper works.

Facility seems to be in good shape. Deborah was top notch.

This location has great rates. I don't like that the carts are only available during office hours but I understand people may steal them if they are left out. I also don't like the fact that you have to pay insurance but it is what it is. The elevators can be a bit annoying, having to put a code in each time, but I do see that can help with the security of the place. Overall I am pleased with this storage facility.

I arrived without notice one day, the staff was very accommodating and quickly got me registered and into my unit. A very professional operation, best price i found after checking 6 places, temperature controlled units, and security in place. All good.

Yes, the facility is clean and reasonably well maintained (units), however, the exit gate was broken recently and remained so for several days. The prices are high (in my opinion) and they are raised significantly at the end of every year. 4.5 years ago we rented a 10x20 for $109/mo. Today, it is $320/mo. That's a 300% increase in less than 5 years. So.....if you are renting for a short duration, the price may be OK, but be aware that your rent will go up significantly each year.

This location is so friendly and accommodating. The security is also amazing with several layers of security to protect all the units. When the need to move to a smaller unit arose, they were so helpful and understanding that I was under time constraints and had a lack of help. It's just easy, friendly and always pleasant to do get what you need done with a positive atmosphere. The manager, Gerald is always the easy-going yet business-like professional I enjoy the most.

I found the unit online and reserved it. I went to check it out and Kellie was really helpful in showing me it and some other sizes so I can personally see and figure out what I needed. Got exactly what I need and for a great price. The facility is also well maintained and clean.

Satisfied in general, especially with the front desk representative help. Only issue was the undisclosed upfront cost of the required lock system PS has that should be listed on the website, as well as the requirement for insurance (its not an optional service). Otherwise, it worked out alright!

I really enjoyed working with Angela at the actual site of the storage location. I have had experiences before at other Public Storage and it makes such a difference depending on the personell. thank you angela for your service and great attitude!

Definitely felt a little blindsided by that. At no point when I was being showed the unit was I told "you'll also need to purchase insurance."

I was told no water from rain would get into my unit but there was a whole in the roof and it ruined some of my stored boxes and clothes.

This was the easiest move-in I have ever had for a storage unit! The staff is so helpful when you forget something and helpful when you can't get it right using the elevator. Thank you Public Storage for being there for us!
