Price great. Facility clean although felt slightly humid App a mess. Kiosk at unit- BAH. Nobody responded- not the virtual assistant nor a person. Finally went back through all emails to get a phone number I could call

The process of retrieving a storage unit with this facility was super easy. I just put in info that was needed and followed the steps. Although I was speaking with a customer associate through a Kiosk, she explained the last steps thoroughly which was great! Would def recommend

Tracey at Public Storage has been very helpful getting me moved in. I originally ordered a 10 x 15 but very quickly found out I would need a 10 x 20 on the ground level because my furniture is extremely heavy. Tracey found me a larger unit on short notice which was fantastic. She also assisted me in getting smaller unit a few weeks later that I could use for sorting. It's been a great experience working with her. I can also tell you I shopped around, and Public Storage has the best rates by far. Thank you!

Tracey is a great property manager at the location and got me a storage setup in just 15 mins. Property is well maintained and close to near by apartments.

I made an online reservation at wrong location and was worried that I would not be able to fix it, but the staff was quick and friendly. They helped us with everything. It was a great first time experience for me.

I have been renting a unit at one of the Public Storage locations for over 4 years. I needed to rent another unit, so chose the same location. The reservation process was smooth and the employee (Yesenia) was great. My only complaint is about the cost of the unit. Apparently Public Storage doesn't offer any kind of discount for renting a second unit (seems like they would reward repeat or continued business). And I'm not even eligible for the promotional offer of half-off the first month's rent. I thought about taking my business elsewhere, but the convenience outweighed my disappointment (at least for now).

Tracey navigated us through the reservation process quickly and we were in our new storage unit within a day - outstanding customer service!

Tracey is absolutely amazing! Great customer service, very friendly, very knowledgable, has gone out of her way on a couple different occasions to help me out. Not sure how much she's paid but she deserves a raise :). I have to store items for my business year around, so as long as Tracey is there, Public Storage will always have my business. It has been a great experience working with Tracey, the Manager, of this facility. Know that you are in good hands! She is professional, courteous, and very caring about her customers. She will go above and beyond to assist you with your storage needs.

It's a clean facility with a very nice manager. The website is user friendly and makes it easy to pay your bill or reserve a unit online. The only thing I can say needs improvement is the door widths. The doors that separate the sections in the facility are too narrow and require some work to get larger items through.

Tracey at the Spectra location helped with all my needs. She was knowledgeable and considerate. She made my first experience renting from a storage facility painfree.

I signed up to rent a unit yesterday evening and received a friendly call from Susan almost first thing this morning. She was able to meet with my husband and I today to rent us a unit. She was SO friendly and was really helpful in figuring out what size storage unit we needed and provided lots of other relevant information we didn't even know about. My husband and I both left feeling great about renting a unit at this location and glad that there is a friendly face who wants to know us and is ready to answer any questions we may have!

Cindy helped me in renting the storage unit. She was courteous and friendly. She gave lot of useful information about the storage. Location is maintained cleanly and I like the place although it was little bit away from new home.

The price is fine, location is fine...........the manager Susan sold my sister and me. Not pressure sale, I mean that she is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly..........to this day if she sees us she asks how we are doing and remembers we are dividing my mothers one unit in to two other units. My first impression of this Public Storage location was that it was clean, well maintained, and safe. I felt completely comfortable when talking with Susan as she showed me around the building. She efficiently explained the entire process and helped me get the paperwork signed, keys to the lock, and products that I needed for moving in less than 20 minutes. The entire building was spotless and has maps to show the layout of every floor so that you can easily find your unit. She assessed the furniture and amount of items I would be bringing in and gave me the best options for the size of unit I would need. She also made sure that I got the best rate for the promos that they were offering. If you need to get ahold of them, leave a message if they don't answer. Susan explained that her policy is that they work with the customers that are in the office and then immediately call people back. She wants to make sure that everyone has the best face-to-face experience possible. When I left a message, she called me back within 10 minutes. I received fantastic service there and I'm looking forward to storing my stuff with their top notch property.

My girlfriend and I rented one unit and then upgraded to a larger until a couple months later. As expected, Public Storage units in our area are clean, well maintained, and SAFE! The difference is Susan in the management office - she is unique in her ability to be friendly, professional, and efficient. We know our possessions are in good hands and if any problem or issues arise, Susan will help navigate a path to resolution. Did I mention that she is proactive as well? Thanks for your commitment to a top-notch operation.

I think u should pro rate your units. Its unfair that if I hand you the keys on the 7th that I should be charged a full month. Otherwise everything is great. Just irritated.

Everyone was helpful. It was a busy day, and the employees were pleasant all the way.
