Very easy to sign up and lease

All was good except charges. I was charged and rented a space the same day. (Nov 17). My move date and the date I took possession and the date I was given the lock was (Dec 1). I should have never chosen Auto pay. I would have saved $46

Experienced, friendly, capable and thoughtful. I would recommend this location to anyone. My praise is so absolute I can't think of anything more to say.

I had to move my stuff from New Mexico and came in 2 minutes before closing. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and patient with me. She also knew exactly what I needed and told me about special offers that saved me money.

Sign up was easy! Manager was very courteous and helpful! She was knowledgeable and the whole process took less than 15 minutes!

Needed a *very* specific storage unit, and Becca went beyond what I expected, as far as service was concerned. She was bubbly, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and *extremely* helpful. Granted, I had to wait to get that *specific* unit, but she kept me completely up to date with the promised rate and move-in date. Rarely do I meet someone so willing and eager to get you where you need to be. 5 stars! (I'd give 6 if I could...)

It was easy to get a storage unit. I called, they told me for the first months price of $1, I could get any size and the size I needed or wanted was cheaper at the Public Storage closest to me. I went there, paid, got a lock, key, and unit for under $50. I told them I was going to be needing to store stuff after their hours so they let my code work for overnight. They were extremely accommodating and made it really easy which is not how I usually think of moving. After loading all night, I woke up and found I lost the code. I didn't noticed until after store hours again so I called and easily got ahold of someone who helped immediately and I was on my way.

Had an all around 5Star experience! Price was great and Facility is well maintained.

The staff was great and helpful. We had problems getting out of the gate from the inside and required staff to open the gate. They help us clear up the problem.

Great customer service experience!

Shone was professional. Jose, who was new, did his best to upsell me. I listened and appreciated Jose's efforts. Administration fee is BS and the requirement to use public storage rental insurance is also BS. Other than that (Maybe $40 at signup and a monthly added cost it was a good experience.

Friendly Management that worked with us on getting a unit last minute while moving. Gate hours could be a little longer, at least until 12:00 am. A light in the units would be nice feature to add, especially when the time changes, Hard to see in a dark unit!

They were able to explain every detail of the charges we could expect, showed us how to operate the unit door and locking mechanisms, and even extended their gratitude to us as a new customer.

Near PEERFECT!!! Excellent customer service, flexible,embracing, professional, what can I say except this was experience was memorable. I highly suggest dropping in!
