On their website it said someone would be in the office until 6pm. I arrived at 5:20pm with a truck full of stuff to move in and there was no one at the facility. Storing the truck overnight, coming back the next day, etc, was quite a hassle. Signing up online was also a more complex process than it had to be. I submitted a lot of info through their online portal and then got a confirmation email, but when I followed the link to complete the reservation the website basically walked me through a long, drawn out process again where I had to pick another unit and provide the same information a second time. So the moving in process was frustrating, but the prices are very reasonable and the facility was very clean and accessible.

As stated above I have barely moved in so it's too early to give an I depth review. So far so good.

I found this location online using a storage comparison site. Just need it for a few months. Since storage in Austin, Tx is in high demand and can expensive, I wanted a place that met all my criteria and as inexpensive as possible. This facility ticked all the boxes so I went for a visit to be sure. Josh, a manager there, gave a quick tour to see a unit that would help me envision the size I needed. He was willing to answer every question I had, and had no hesitation giving answers. About a week later I reserved my unit online to get the promotional rate and went back to check in and complete paperwork in person (quick online documents to sign). Super easy, great customer service, and the facility is so nice and clean - very happy with my choice!
