Renting the storage was an easy online process. The facility is very secure requiring access codes to not only the entry gates, but also to the storage unit facility. Flatbeds are available to help moving. This is so convenient especially if you're moving things alone! The facility was clean and doesn't give the creeps! I would definitely recommend.

There is an issue with setting up automatic payments on the website. I switched cards and was told by customer service the new card was set up for bill pay. It was not. They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t contact me and charged me $20 late fee then told me after the fact. Also raised rates several times with absolutely no notice. My unit went from $50 to $80.

I have been with CubeSmart for over three years and they have raise the price on me from $80 for a 10 x 5 climate controlled to now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying $130 for the same unit. I found yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all and now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying $61 for the same unit that I was paying thank you, spare box

We got a climate controlled unit thinking that would work for storing pictures and paintings. I feel like the temperature in our unit is not cool at all. So I'm concerned about our belongings. What temp is it supposed to be? Thank you.

Reserved my unit online late one night and moved in early the following morning contact free. It was a quick and easy process. I am leasing a climate controlled unit and they are nice and clean.
