SpareBox Storage - Pflugerville

The online process was so easy. Direct, add info and complete. Best online experience ever!!

The online process is one of the best I have ever used. Simple, to the point. Verify your info and finished. Great job for online simplicity! Tracy

Move in was easy and the unit was very clean.

Renting the storage was an easy online process. The facility is very secure requiring access codes to not only the entry gates, but also to the storage unit facility. Flatbeds are available to help moving. This is so convenient especially if you're moving things alone! The facility was clean and doesn't give the creeps! I would definitely recommend.

Clean and not over crowded. Good location

Undetermined at this time as to complete satisfaction new move in

There is an issue with setting up automatic payments on the website. I switched cards and was told by customer service the new card was set up for bill pay. It was not. They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t contact me and charged me $20 late fee then told me after the fact. Also raised rates several times with absolutely no notice. My unit went from $50 to $80.

nice clean great easy to get to

this place is very clean and has a lot of space between parking

Great location , secure clean eazy access best rental rates.

Very clean safe and organized place

The online tool to figure out what size unit you need works great didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even see the unit before booking and once the movers moved everything in all my stuff fit with no problems

I have been with CubeSmart for over three years and they have raise the price on me from $80 for a 10 x 5 climate controlled to now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying $130 for the same unit. I found yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all and now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying $61 for the same unit that I was paying thank you, spare box

We got a climate controlled unit thinking that would work for storing pictures and paintings. I feel like the temperature in our unit is not cool at all. So I'm concerned about our belongings. What temp is it supposed to be? Thank you.

Great location, price was right, and very clean facilities.

Reserved my unit online late one night and moved in early the following morning contact free. It was a quick and easy process. I am leasing a climate controlled unit and they are nice and clean.

If you had more carts (I have only seen ONE), this would be a 5 star rating.

The only thing I would change is to have more light available inside the actual unit itself. The temperature in the unit seems hot.

Easy to locate, easy to get in and out

It would be nice to speak to someone on site .
