Friendly and great service clean facility

Most storage units are far overpriced for what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re getting but the storage unit I leased was priced just right. They have convenient hours to access the storage unit, a lift to get your things to the second floor without using the stairs. The manager was very easy going & helpful.

Really great experience and staff was very helpful. Didn't realize the storage unit wouldn't have light inside of it, so if you are booking something very large, bring battery operated lights to have inside. Otherwise it's great!

Of all the storage facilities I looked into, these folks had the best price. The store manager was very helpful, nice and got me settled in very quickly. Was very pleased.

Accessible near corner of major streets.

I went online hoping to find some cost effective units and I found them very easily through this site. I'm very content.

The staff was informed and efficient. They made sure I got the best price for my space, personally walked with me to inspect the units, and expedited the sign-up process so I could move in immediately.

I provided a Google review as well but the onsite mgr, Laqueeta Humes was phenomenal in providing us the best option for our needs. Like I assume many people, we were not sure how much space we needed to store our items, and Laqueeta not only provided a tour of the site with different options, but also recommended a unit smaller than we thought which not only saved us money but time as well. I highly recommend this location because of Laqueeta and her customer service skills.

easy to rent and move in, could have used an elevator to move in

You get what you pay for but it's clean and well maintained. Second story units don't have elevator access (nowhere does around here, really) - additionally, there are no lights in the actual unit itself. Nevertheless, check-in was a breeze and the actual unit was fine.

The way these two helped me find this unit was flawless. The combination of the website and Mario's ability to make me feel safe really made this a no brainer. The way chuck finished my sentences and gently caressed my back reminded me of being at home with mom as I decided which college to attend. This tandem cannot be matched and I'm considering getting a unit I don't need just so I can experience what I felt one more time! Cheers!

New facility with easy access by vehicle. Superior security features.

It seems like there may need to be a couple more people around to help with clients as well as a small hand truck to use. At this point, we have had to haul our boxes upstairs by hand. Thankful for an elevator.

All the storage unit has right now is a lock. We are headed over today to offload lots of stuff we need to move out of a very hot Austin garage. Hoping that this will keep our belongings safe, sound and not over-heated this summer and fall.

From calling to set up a good time to come by to actually getting set up, Laquita was awesome and got me into my unit immediately. Sparefoot was great for getting my spot reserved too.

I'm not sure at the moment. My lease doesn't reflect the agreement so still waiting on a call back. So promptness is not something they are about.

I've had my things in storage for the last 4 years with three different companies. US Storage surprise me that there is sincere and friendly customer service.
