Spectrum phone and internet was down in the west side of town so all of the storage companies could not do paperwork or accept new customers. Barbara at Centex Storage did a contract and receipt by hand and got me a unit. It was an emergency situation. I did cash since credit card machines were down also. Next day I received official receipt, etc by email. She went above and beyond to help me. 10 stars!

I was In and out in no time. JD was personable, funny and efficient. The prices were the best I found in Bastrop. Facility was well managed and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage space.
