The staff is great to work with. My original conversation was very reassuring about the quality of service I should expect in the future. I was calling from my residence in Virginia to an unknown business here in Bastrop, so some hesitantly existed; the gentleman, I was talking to, calmed my quiet concerns. I rented a large storage area, and to my surprise, I found the storage area to be in an environmentally clean area, i.e., air-conditioned. I genuinely believe the security measures taken are more than satisfactory, i.e., gate security and the entrance to the environmentally clean area are electronically secure. After these two security benefits, then there is the lock, you provide, in your storage area. I truly believe you will find ULock-it Self Storage will work to meet your requests/concerns.

We stored our RV here and always felt it was completely secure at the facility. Always clean, always taken care of . Top notch! We only left because we sold our RV and we are on the waiting list for a large spot!!

Was greeted as I walked in the office. Employees were great people that knew what they were doing. I was walked through the whole process with no surprises. Move was easy and they even have a complimentary cart you can use to make your move fast and easy!

Very clean and well-managed, the gentleman at the desk was very kind and professional and loaned me a lock when I forgot one during move-in. Highly recommend!

Great prices and the place is new, well lit & great security. We did have some issues when we arrived at our unit with a full load of stuff for storage after the office was closed and our unit was locked...

We were moving our son and his family into our home for awhile and needed a place to store all of their belongings. ULockIt was nearby, as were other storage facilities, and we decided to check them out. The man in the office that helped us was very friendly and getting the unit was quick and easy. The unit itself was clean and just what we needed and the price was fair. Definitley will use them for any future needs!

Good storage rental experience

Was a great place for meeting my last minute storage needs when another storage facility on Hwy 71 in Bastrop failed miserably to meet a prior pre-paid reservation. ULock-It is a Large facility, very new and very clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone. ULock-It Staff was most helpful at every step of the process. Thanks for being there.

Rented 3 different storage rooms for various purposes. My lock wouldn't fit the latch on one of the rooms, so I went and asked Phil about a different lock. In less than 10 minutes he had come and changed out the latch so my heavy duty lock would work. Just wish this business was closer to my present home.

Great and.easy

When I found Ulock-It Self Storage, I was in a pinch. I needed a place to store my personal belongings and needed it that day. When I arrived at the facilities, I immediately noticed cameras on every corner, nook and cranny of this property. That made me feel safe. I met Phil inside, he took me to see a few units and I was sold. This place is secure, safe and has plenty of room for a few boxes or a very large RV. I am in my 3rd month of renting a unit here and I couldn't be happier with how things are handled there. Phil is amazing at taking care of your questions or concerns with professionalism and amazing customer service. I would never recommend any other storage unit in Bastrop County and surrounding areas. Be sure to have a cup of Joe with Phil. He is full of awesome information and is really great to chat with.

Easy to get setup with storage unit, all rules explained clearly and it is a great easy to access secure facility.

Above the norm, this place is exceptionally clean. The front man is friendly, and goes out of his way to help - a dolly here, an eating suggestion there, directions - anything.

Fast, friendly service. Clean unit. Very pleased.

The facility is new and very clean. Steve checked me in quickly and showed me the unit and gave me a gate code to get in and out of the facility. I moved all of my stuff in on Sunday and had no problems at all. The unit I picked is air conditioned and is much cheaper than other units in the surrounding area. I am very pleased and would recommend this facility to anyone.

They were extremely kind and even though I walked in the door just before closing time and I was assisted and didn't feel like I was being rushed at all. Great price too I was paying 120/month in Austin for a basic drive up unit. I am happy to travel a little outside of Austin for a larger unit and the savings.

The move into the storage went well with the manager adjusting the storage area's that allowed us to more safely unload the heavy objects we are storing..

Brand new, very clean. Super nice staff and most importantly the rates are by far the cheapest around!!!! Highly Recommended.
