Price for storage space was good enough. Customer service was excellent. I wouldn't say the place is clean as I saw a lot of dead june bugs around in the hallway. But inside the storage space itself it was clean.

I got emails from Sparefoot, but then nothing from MoveIt. I reserved the unit late at night, so I understood not getting anything from them first thing in the morning. But when I called MoveIt around lunchtime, they were very uninformative and didnt seem to care about my reservation. The guy told me that I could just come on down with my stuff. OR he could try to find the reservation, look into getting a climate-controlled unit, and someone would call me back. I asked that someone call me back before I came down with my stuff. At least 3 hours later, still nobody had called. I already had the car loaded up, so I just went over there. Once I was there, the woman was very friendly and informative. AND it turned out that a climate-controlled unit had just freed up in the past hour or so. So my waiting actually paid off. But I was frustrated with the guyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s lack of attentiveness in the morningﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ OH, the unit is definitely NOT 5x10x8 as advertised OR listed in the document I signed. They said the unit might vary. But I thought by a few inches, not 1.5 feet !! It was closer to 3.5 x 8.5 x 8. I could not fit one piece of furniture in the unit, but everything else worked out okay.

The pricing was perfect, if you are a student you get a discount. The cleanness was also good, but there were a couple of bugs on the floor. Which isn't a big deal, I just hate bugs..

I wasn't offered a 10% discount for being a senior citizen. I also was not told that you don't pro rate. We had the storage for 3 days and I was charged a full month.

It appears only one man runs this facility whichere was a little problematic when checking in. The hours posted on the door and online said 9-6 office hours yet when I arrived at 11:55am, the office was closed. The man showed up soon but kept loading his golf cart rather than coming to aid a customer that needed to check in and another customer that needed to pick up a Trailer.

They didn't take the lock off of the unit that I rented and it took a while to get a hold of someone as the office had closed for day, but other than that the facility is good and I don't really have any complaints.

Staff is super helpful. Needed a couple mattress bags and they sell a bunch of Uhaul moving supplies, so I was able to grab the mattress bags on my way to my unit. Really easy to get in touch with staff with any questions too!

found a vacancy online, saw the pictures, reserved a room for free, showed up and viewed the room, and after about 5 minutes of paperwork, had my storage unit. The process is very easy and the people are even easier to work with.

The couple running the facility made this place a standout for me. They even let me pet their cat because they could tell how much I missed my cats. I am pleased with my air conditioned unit that I am using to store all my apartment items in over the summer. The rest of the facility is kept clean, and seems really secure with the amount of safeguards they have in place.

I was looking through Sparefoot for a climate controlled storage area and found this one. Sparefoot helped me and i decided to try it. The Manager was very friendly, helpful and informative. On move in day, paperwork was minimal and Manager was very organized and answered all questions. I am still renting for this storage facility and in the future, if I ever need another storage area, I will rent from this facility.
